We recently have not been receiving our mail 2 to three days out of the week; and when we do, we almost always have items from neighbors mixed in with our mail. This is unacceptable!!!

We receive no mail at least once and sometimes twice a week. We put our mailbox flag up when we have outgoing mail but on the days when we receive no mail, our outgoing mail is ignored too. This has been going on since before Christmas and it’s very discouraging.

Why am I not getting my magazines. When Brian, our mailman normally, we always get on time, I have not had my Economist or Bloomberg Business week in three weeks.

For the last few months I have been very dissatisfied by my mail delivery service. I am not a one to complain, but I feel I had the need to voice my concern. Every time I receive a small package in the mail, it has been left underneath my mailbox on the snow. The box gets wet and thus the contents inside the box gets damaged. One time the box was left under the mailbox and unfortunately I did not see it the the following day it snowed, so the box got covered, the snow plow cleaned the street and so the box remained under the snow for three days. When I finally saw the box and opened it my brand new leather handbag was damaged. It was very frustrating when this could have been avoided by leaving the package on my doorstep.

we are getting medication via post office. We did not receive the meds that we were supposed to get. Mail service is mostly very late after 8 p.m. this is not acceptable. We also get meds during summer time 95f and it sits in our mailbox............. that is not acceptable too.

I just had my driveway resealed and the postal worker walked up my driveway despite having to walk around buckets of sealer. He also said that he 'tested a small area' to see if it was safe and because that part was dry, the remainder of the driveway must have been dry. Quite the sample size to base a comprehensive conclusion.

I called the Wayne Pot Office and spoke with Joe. Had a few questions about priority mail and he volunteered to jump in his car and pick it up. In my 70s and concerned . He was amazing. Maintained the distance and took my package. Wow. So impressed and thankful for this extra-effort humanity - we WILL surmount and thrive because of people like Joe.

It is 8:15 and NO mail This has been going on for approximately 2 to 3 months with either no mail or not getting until at least 6:00. Know our regular mailman is out due to injury but this is completely unacceptable. Hope Mike will be back soon. We have usually gotten mail by 2:30 or 3:00 at latest with Mike who is wonderful. Can this problem please be rectified ????
