Slowly becoming the worst service in the business. Bad customer service bad delivery service.. . useless tracking numbers. Please use other quality services like ups or FedEx

Today, my daughter went in to the post office to deliver packages and was verbally assaulted by a man of about 40 years old for around five minutes, because he was getting impatient after waiting for two minutes. He was very rude and degrading to her, and the man working the counter at the post office allowed this to go on in front of other costumers. Nothing was said to the man, an my daughter left in tears. Even though this post office is much closer an more convenient to go to than any other post office, we will never return to this post office. The service is terrible, and the fact that such a ridiculous thing was allowed to happen by staff is absurd to me.
