The employee (1) is constantly rude, inconsiderate of people and their time, every time I get there she purposely ignores you. There is no bell to ring for service. Multiple other neighbors say the same thing. I’ve learned to call the phone and hang up so she sees you and needs to serve you, many other people would love a government job and do it with a smile on their face. Also the hours at this location are horrible for workers 8-4 weekdays with an hour break for lunch? Then saturday I’m an an inconvenience for my mail that I pay for the P.O. Box
