8:30 am - 4:0 0pm Mon -Fri - 7.5 hours. Operating hours are not convenient for anyone that works during the week, you would think the lobby hours would be extended to allow people to pick up their mail after work.

Every single time they see a package larger than the mailbox, they NEVER bring it up stairs and say no one was home. My godfather is always home, especially now during the pandemic. (Today he signed for a fedex package that was brought up to him so he was most certainly home). You guys are just lazy as hell. He has lived in that same apartment for over 20 years and has had this issue for probably the same amount of time. I'm really sick of these postal workers writing out the slip instead of going up the stairs. For YEARS you guys have been doing this.

I have been trying to call the post office now for over an hour. They let the phone ring then disconnect you. This is not right, I know they are there, they should have enough people there that they can answer the phone. Very frustrating.
