Terrible service from Somerset USPS. Had a mail hold scheduled from April 28 to May 14. Mail continued to be delivered until May 4 and only stopped after I called from out of town. Mail service started up on May 14th however our held mail was just delivered today, May 19th, 5 days later. This caused us to scramble to pay bulls by phone and online because of this unprofessional lack of service. Our tax dollars at work. So beware if you plan to use the mail hold service in Somerset because they’re not capable of handling the job!

I did not get any mail today. I have packages out for delivery and nothing have come. It is now 5:25. This is very poor service. You need more people,
