I live in a 55+ community. At our mailboxes, we have at least 6 boxes that have keys for packages. I hand a small package (worth $150) and a medium mailing envelope delivered. My neighbor rang my doorbell and handed me the package and envelope. I ask him how he got it and he said "they were laying on top of the community mailboxes". The mail man DID NOT put in my mailbox. the mailman DID NOT put it in one of the 6 boxes with keys. BUT left it lay out for all the community to see. all the people going up the road to see, all the people gong in and out to see. Thank goodness my neighbor went down 15minutes after the mailman left or my package may have been stolen. Thank goodness it was not raining. I am very upset. I find the negligent.

I live at 121 Stony Point Ave for the past 15 years. I have not received my regular mail over the past 3 days, forget the packages. I have several monthly bills that come by mail. As I write this email it is 730 pm thursday Dec 17th 2020. Yesterday the mail person came into the neighborhood, delivered a few houses then turned out of the neighborhood and headed back downtown. We used to get our mail around 11am daily when a mailman named Steve had the route, now we get it last if at all... very poor service , perhaps they could deliver our mail first as opposed to last and let the other people on this route complain. Post Master please help!

The postal worker delivering to 423 W. KING ST persists in leaving the front entry door open. Please advise how the carrier can be notified and informed to close the door. Unless of course USPS would like to pay my heating and cooling bill.

I live in an apartment building. My carrier won't even step inside the front (unlocked) door to deliver packages. Thus far, I've had two stolen as a result.

Excellent service from Shippensburg , PA USPS in picking up and redirecting a package with an old address. The individual was professional, helpful ,pleasant and thorough. The mail man deserves a gold medal also. Thank you so much,
Shirley Z. S.-D.
