The Saylorsburg post office is a joke. So poorly run, rude, incompetent staff and manager. They play favorites. They give some people a hard time about things, but treat people they know very well with privileges that the general customer base doesn’t usually receive. It’s such a hassle to go there. The place is filthy and it stinks. I go down the road to Wind Gap and Stockertown to avoid Saylorsburg. If any post offices are closing, do everyone a favor and close Saylorsburg. In more blunt terminology, the place is a dump run by garbage.

The worst post office and the rudest staff. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Went in for assistance for a package at Saylorsburg that has been lost for weeks looping from one side of pa to the other. The woman at the counter could not be bother and was down right rude. So I went into the parking lot called Kunkletown PO (which I have to say is the nicest PO around) they handled it on the phone and had it fixed in minutes. Frustrated I went back in to let her know Kunkletown took care of me in her parking lot and that she should do her job. I was then verbally attack by this extremely unprofessional woman who pulled her mask off her face when they have signs on the doors saying we have to wear a mask because they don’t know who’s vaccinated or not..but I’m just supposes to trust she was vaccinated as she’s screaming her germs all over the place! I agree with previous comment it is an anti-customer service climate. I never give reviews or complain but I’m not going to stop till someone in authority from USPS looks into this office.

Our postman is supposed to be Matthew, he was being chauffeured by another driver for almost a year ,DUI , and other postal workers are delivering. we have different drivers every week, I went to the Dr. Thursday, I had a certified letter , and I thought he would of brought it yesterday, but , no certified letter ??? I’m trying to call the Post Office , but no answer . I went to court, the judge said , I did not accept my letter, The mailman never gave it to me last month !!! And , I’m trying to get the 2nd one !!! I hope one of the mailmen bring it today ! No one answered the phone !

It’s November 4, 2020 and haven’t seen the rural carrier in TWO days. What’s going on. Too many ballots to process so the REGUKAR MAIL is not moving through as usual?

I live on Storm Ave and want to know if there is a problem with our mail service. Several times in the past month or so there has been no delivery. The neighbor has mail in their box that was to go out yesterday and because there was no delivery their mail did not go out. Here lately the mail goes very late sometimes as late at 6:00 or not at all.

I a am a close friend of Louise Casciano and can't get in contact with her for the past two months. Could you at least tell me if she is getting her mail? We would appreciate it! Happy Holidays!
