I called the post office today and had wonderful customer service from someone who I believe was named Kevin or Kyle? Anyways it was a gentleman who answered and I accidently mailed something to the wrong address a few doors down from where it needed to go in Royersford and he immediately re-assured me that he had full confidence in his mail carrier for that route and that he would catch the mistake simply based on the name. I never put a return address so there was no way to return to send. I mean we will have to wait and see a few days on if the letter does indeed make it to the correct place, but the gentleman who answered restored my faith that it would land in the right hands :) everyone is so quick to point out the negative that I found it important to take a moment to point out the positive experience I personally had. He wasn't rude, he didn't rush me off the phone and it genuinely seemed like he cared about my issue. I made sure to start my call off with "first of all sir, how are you doing today?" and I truly believe if you lead with kindness you shall receive kindness in return. So thank to the gentleman who helped me this morning, you are appreciated!

I spent $59.80 to send a small package to my son in Sweden via Priority International service. Somehow, the post office managed to misdirect the box to a small town in GA which happens to have the exact same zip code as my son's town in Sweden. When I went into the Royersford PO and talked to the postmaster, I was told that they had fulfilled their service and I had no right to a refund of $33.30 (the difference between what I paid for, and what I actually got, which was regular First Class International. My strong advice for both of the current postmasters in Royersford is to hang on tightly to your govt. jobs, because with your level of customer service, you won't last long in the private sector.

This post office is absolutely AWFUL. They deliver other people’s mail to me multiple times a week. They are currently SITTING on a package addressed to me which arrived there a week ago and they couldn’t get off their fat, incompetent, overpaid, idiotic asses to do their f’ing jobs. We need Biden to just shut the postal service down for good and put the American people out of their misery. The postal service and all workers at the postal service are awful. Incompetent. Can’t do their job and really really are lousy.

The mail carrier ( I think her name is Sandy) in Golf ridge is the best carrier we have since I bought here in 1999. She is pleasant and very professional. I tried calling PO but could not reach the supervisor in Royersford office to let them know how good she is!!!!!

Just received an Oct. bill, today is Feb. 4. Almost got charged late fee. Also post office has lost 2 packages in the last year and were not helpful in retreiving them. Horrible service!

I put in a request to have my mail held and that I would pick it up upon my return, in writing. They delivered it instead. I phoned the PO and spoke to a Kevin who told me he would have to find out who the carrier was. I asked for a call back to find out the name of the carrier and he told me he wouldn't give it to me. When I asked why, he told me because it wasn't any of my business! I couldn't believe he said that!!! I hung up! I couldn't believe such rudeness. This is why I don't go to this post office for my business, as I'm sure many other customers do. THEY DON'T CARE!!! They are truly miserable people and have no idea what customer service is. There was a reason I wanted to pick my mail up and not have it delivered.

horrible - been calling all day - no one answers - I was in my driveway yesterday when mailman was pulling up - I walked down to the mailbox to meet him to get my mail and he sped up- there was a car parked near the mailbox - but plenty of room for him to deliver the mail - plus I was going down to meet him! such rude people

I am waiting for a certified item to be returned that the intended reciever refused. The tracking shows its been out for delivery since 11/12. A week to return an item that's in your facility? This is horrible.

I have never had a problem with my mail until I moved to Royersford. Now it's always a guessing game whether I'll be getting my mail or not. I have been at the same residence for two years and everything was great until about six months ago. The postal service decided because there was no lock on my mailbox (I live in an apt), that they were not going to deliver my mail until it was fixed. Which would have been fine if I had some type of notice. I was never informed about the change and upon bringing this issue to the attention of the postal service staff at the Royersford office, they were very rude to me and saying that I had wrong information or I must have done something for this to happen like move. Which neither one was true. Requested post master and he knew exactly what I was talking about. For a fee of $30 I had a lock put on my mailbox. This was in May 2016, it is now September and I still get notifications from people who send me mail that it had been returned because again, the post office said that I moved. Which I have not. There is certainly a lock on my mailbox so why am I not getting my mail? When I call the post office, they continue to say that they have no idea what I'm talking about. I'd like to move out of Royersford just because of the terrible postal service on Lewis Road.

This place is ridiculous. The clerk picked on me today for my religious affiliation. What a joke; if I spoke like that to someone where I work, I would be fired. His a** is getting reported.

Someone needs to think the hours that are posted. I called the post office today @ they told me they are open until 5 pm. I got to the post office @ 4:34 pm. They were already closed. Government Sucks. There web site lists them as open until 5 pm.
