Who is home from work before 3pm??? U have had packages waiting for me at the richfield post office one of which has been there for well over a week and they are closed at 3 pm. This is not customer service. This is no service. They also gave everyone else in town mail boxes that wanted them except us. We live on a back street in town that is dirt and had a couple pot holes so they say they can't deliver to that road. Well guess what UPS and FedEx do it all the time on the same road and bring the packages right to my front porch. Really USPS???? If my packages are missing or get sent back before I can get them you are paying me for them, plus my time and aggrivation!!!!
