I live on Gibraltar Road in Exeter and am having an issue with mail delivery. One night, when postal carrier arrived at 6:00PM, I asked why our area wasn’t getting mail like the surrounding area and was informed that our normal carrier was out on medical leave and it couldn’t be helped. It stunned me and before I could responded he speed off laughing. A week and half later, because we weren’t receiving the mail, I went into this post office, St Lawrence, requested our mail and asked the same question and was basically told the same thing but politely. This has been ongoing for several months. Now Gibraltar Road is undergoing construction, one way traffic, and there’s no delivery at all. Today I was informed by Amazon that I requested a change in my order’s delivery method, that I wanted to pick it up at the post office. I did not make that request. This request was made at 9:20 AM this morning, it wasn’t me. Found out it was the Post Office!! Since when do the employees delegate who is going to get their mail delivered. If the employees and the Postmaster is going to pay our bills, including late fees, then great but is not, please get it together. There people who may not have had their medicine delivered among other things of importance. This is a disgrace.
My home is located in Exeter Township at 2 Forest Lawn Court 19606-3025 and recently have been experiencing an issue with mail not received.I had experienced the same problem several years ago with my mail being delivered to an address similar to mine with the same ZIP code. Additionally I have received mail from those addresses which some I have personally returned to the correct address and on one occasion returned a package to a doctor .

I have contacted by email and copied some of the missing mail and also requested duplicates to be sent.
Non receipt of medical test results that impact my prescription medication could lead to a more serious problem. Please address the problem and advise me of your findings.

No mail was delivered today on. Miller st. Wonder why.everybody was asking there. Neighbors if they got mail and all said no. My neighbor had mail to go out in her mail slot and was never taken. What is the reason no one got mail.she had it out there from 9 am until 8 pm and no mail

Please send someone up to collect the package and deliver it to the correct address. I've tried calling the St. Lawrence USPS several times but no one picks up.
