I'm always satisfied with service at/from my Upper St. Clair Post Office....but the road in and out desperately needs repair and resurfacing. It has been full of constantly patched potholes for years now...and it's time to do a PROPER JOB on that road!....please....before someone's car is badly damaged...or someone breaks a leg!

What is going on with mail delivery on Locust Lane? Two weeks ago I received the single front cover of People magazine. The week after that I left two greeting cards protruding from my mail box to be mailed. One was gone and the other was on the ground. No way could that not be noticed. Icing on the cake, yesterday apparently I had a package delivery. It was located about a third of the way up my driveway. I noticed it late last evening but wasn’t sure what it was. What is the problem??

I sent in my water bill on 5/24 and the water company says they have not received it. This is the second time I have had delivery problems with the USC post office. Both of them were utility bills. In addition we are experiencing slow mail delivery of my medications. This is a problem. If I don’t get my medications in time it could be a big problem. Please let me know why after 25 years in this community I am getting bad service.

Back in May the post office carrier hit my car and scraped the paint off the side of my car. I was 3 months pregnant at that time. I have still NOT heard from them, they will not answer the phone and I have even gone in and they tell me “someone will call you”... This is insane that a working pregnant woman has to deal with this type of treatment! This is a federal agency who is literally trying to commit a HIT AND RUN!!

I would like to volunteer to help the post office in my local area. My father worked for the bulk mail center and designed many of it's systems. I believe it is an essential service and I would like to help in any way I can. Please let me know what I can do to help you. These attacks by politicians on your employees and services are wrong. Please let me know how I can help.

Can you inform my mailman to please close mailbox. He has left it open on several occasions and mail has been soaked thoroughly. My address is 2251 Washington Rd.
