I visit this location quite frequently for my postal needs. I would like to recognize Gerry who works the counter. He is always so friendly, helpful, and upbeat. He always says hello and thank you for coming in. It's a pleasure walking in and see he's there and knowing I will get great customer service.
Thank you.

These reviews are pointless, as nobody reads them except upset customers. We know that the USPS will not talk to even calm customers, let alone upset customers.
The USPS is pitiful in its current form. DeJoy needs a big fat burgher to take his ass out.

I was told a letter was sent from the Steel Workers was mails on the 25 of August. It contained a check and the only seat certificate I have. When my bills are late I am blaming it on the postal service as it appears they are not doing their jobs.

You don't think I have a mail box in Squirrel Hill?

For the last two years, I have been receiving mail intermittently thrown on my front steps. As you can imagine, my business bills are sopping wet and ink bleeds all over making them illegible or impossible to scan to Quickbooks. I am given a phone number to call, but who has 40 minutes to wait on the phone to speak to an indifferent employee? In an upscale neighborhood as Squirrel Hill, all houses have mailboxes. Why such an indifference to doing your job? Really, you can't put mail in the mailbox? Don't dare to leave a Christmas card with such service.

Postal Service Tracking ID 92612909812702581104981795 - Two packages from VistaPrint
I received a tracking notice that my packages were delivered Feb. 15 at 10:23 a.m. by the Frankstown Ave, PIttsburgh, PA 15206 post office carrier. They were not! . ..I called this morning, Feb. 16 and spoke to a Jamie..he advised me they were on the truck and would be delivered today. AGAIN, THEY WERE NOT!! I am leaving town early Wednesday morning and need my products. My regular carrier is on vacation and we have a temp on duty..they are always a problem..some days they don't even deliver our mail. ..Yesterday, the temp did not pick up my mail..today I left the same letter out for him along with a letter addressed in large letters to the Postmaster asking them to hold my mail....Again, he did not pick it up, however, he did picked up the mail from my neighbor. I do not have time to sit home and wait on the postal carrier to request the mail that someone has lied about and claimed it was delivered. Please help me get my two packages on Monday.

I put three bills and mail for my church in the box for the mailman to take I put it in on Tuesday because that's when we get our advertisement inserts in the mail. I get on line daily to check if my checks have cleared and 16 days later from the day that I put my bills in the mailbox and they were taken by the mailman there has not been one check to clear from the ones that I mailed that day. I called the post office, the bank and the card companies and that was useless because now I'm stuck with late fees, I can't cancel the checks because that would be 4 more $39. 00 fees that I can't afford, If I pay online then the checks that seem to be lost might clear. I'm tired of the poor mail service. The carrier that we had for the last 15 or 20 years was sent to another route and we have to deal with this dufuss that we have now.

I too have issues with certain carriers saying no place to leave my package but there is a lobby in my building along with a doorbell which they do not ring. I get notifications that my items is scheduled to arrive so I wait all day. When I track the package it will say the package was delivered but it was not. Then I have to call all around to find out what happened I am often told that I have to pick up the package myself. Or that the carrier was not able to leave the item. All they had to do was ring the bell! The regular carrier is awesome but substitute carriers are nerve racking. I especially have problems when FedEx transfers their delivery over to USPS.

The clerk at the California Avenue post office is a dumbass. All he had to do was accept my prepaid packages and that is to hard for him to do. He also said I came in with a attitude. Would not let me talk to his supervisor. Just the accept the package bro don't tell me what to do and get mouthy.

Does anyone know how or where to file a complaint about shoddy delivery service? At least three times a week we receive mail for a person the next street over. Less often but frequently we receive mail for addresses elsewhere. Sometimes the carrier doesn't take outgoing mail. Occasionally neighbors drop our mail off that has been mistakenly left at their home. I notice that the USPS website offers no option for reporting bad carrier service.

It is ridiculous how the mail carrier REPEATEDLY says there was no secure place to leave a package when we're sitting right here in the house and the doorbell never rang! This issue happens every single time there is switch of from UPS to sorry ass USPS and I'm sick of it!
