They will not answer the phone for starters. I have questions about passports. The phone rings and then after 20 rings you get a busy signal. I think it is pretty rude with covid-19 they DONOT answer the phone.

I’ve been trying to call the post office for almost 3 hours because my package was supposed to be delivered today and it never came and no one answers the phone it just rings and rings and rings. I called the postmaster general and I get this mailbox is full you cannot leave a message. How unprofessional is the post office. Are you freaking kidding me. My daughter paid a lot of money for a package to be delivered to me today and it’s not here. This is nothing but bullshit

I have not been receiving my mail because the carriers don't understand that my house sits between Morrow and Modern Ave - Mail is often addressed to me using either street name. I'm subsequently getting late fees for overdue bills which is affecting my credit rating because my mail is not being delivered. I tried calling 412-276-0584 to speak to a manger, no answer. Tried calling the 412-279-6955 number - also no answer. This is ridiculous that I can't even get someone on the phone. Please train your employees better, and hire more carriers if you can't handle the load. PLEASE.

I keep receiving mail for a lady that hasn’t lived in my home in five years and is no longer living. I’ve tried to get in contact with the post office and it continuously rings.

A package to my apartment was delivered to the wrong mailbox. This happens a lot in my complex as I have heard from many people. With 40 locked mailboxes, I would have no idea who received it and it was not turned in. Reached out and received a generic email that it was being looked into. Still have not heard anything.

I called 6 different numbers, but only 1 answered and she couldn't help. Everyone I know gets the 4 grocery store ads but me. Why not? I always used to get them. I'm 86 and use a walker, so don't go out. But my kids shop for me, and I don't even know what's on sale anywhere! Can the carrier be notified please?

Would like to comment on the service we received in greentree passport office. The employee Rick was very helpful and accommodating for our walk in service. He was very busy but took care of our needs and was very efficient.

I have had a big problem with substitute carriers about 4 times a year and I’m really tired of it! These new subs apparently don’t care if they bring me my mail and I’m ready to flip! My mail wasn’t picked up for 2 days in a row which means the bills that were put out didn’t get mailed till I took them to the post office today! I’m a retired senior with health problems and I want my mail delivered by the carriers covering my regular carriers route! My regular carrier is awesome and I always know when he’s off because the subs are terrible at best! New postal carriers... The colored arm on the mailbox in an up position means that I HAVE MAIL TO BE PICKED UP!

Why post a phone number when its setup to be busy and hangs up immediately. These are the little reasons the public use other services now and the post office is just Amazons bîtçh

I manage a small business and we have discussed multiple times with this location (where our carrier comes from) that we need them to stop by every day to check for packages going out. Our regular carrier is great, however, when he is off, the substitute does not come in. Today I have tried calling this location more than 10 times and no one has picked up. The phone rings for 3 minutes then I become disconnected. I am disappointed that I have been unable to reach a physical person to talk to.

This Monday/Tuesday we and other neighbors did not receive the grocery store flyers from Giant Eagle. Shop n Save etc. which come with our mail delivery. We did however receive our mail. I questioned the mail person on Wed. and he did not know anything. Today I was advised that this route is the one that is hated and no one wants it due to the apartment buildings on this route which takes many hours just to deliver plus the regular individual homes. Mail carriers I am told "hate" "hate" this route. I have seen three to four different mail delivery people. The route should be split with more carriers handling the route. I would hope that the Pittsburgh Postmaster and also the management at the Greentree Post Office would take care of the complaints and provide the required services that folks expect. Is there anyone who really cares at the Greentree PO? It remains to be seen.

Thus far the worst experience I have ever had with the USPS.I have had an ongoing mail delivery issue for nearly 3 months, My home delivery mail is left at my neighbor's about 1/4 to 1/3 of the time. What makes it worse no one has been even the least bit responsive to even minimally address the problem. This is actually more frustrating and angering than the mail delivery issue Today I am writing the postmaster general in Washington!

my office uses bills that have return address's with bar codes. last week a patient had their envelope returned to the as "undeliverable". i had my temp postman, mike, look at the issue. he believes the other postman is too lazy to deliver, and send it back. with today's mail was another envelope,of the same, and it was delivered properly. i wonder what other mail i am not getting and would like help with this as it angers my patients.

I received an email from Kohl's that my package had been delivered on Fri July 7 at 11:02. It wasn't. I checked door, porch, mail slot, etc. No Package. No neighbor came to say they received it in error. Also, I rec'd no mail that day but did get every piece of my neighbor's mail. This is very worrisome because I paid a lot of money for the items from Kohl's. Hoping to talk to someone when office opens on Monday.

I can not get a hold of anyone at this post office MOST of the day. I have been able to get someone on the phone at 9:00AM when they opened and then once at 11:50AM. Both times I was promised a return call to work towards resolution of my issue. I have not received a return call YET. I am extremely, EXTREMELY frustrated. My package was scanned by the carrier IN HIS VAN, not at my residence therefore the GPS cannot track it past his van. I have reached out to Crafton Post Office by phone and it just rings and rings. I want resolution. It is awful that their line is constantly busy.

I had a package coming to my house. Package was out for delivery on May 22nd, I tracked it all day. My husband received the mail and no package. He asked the mailman if he had a package and he said no. Later that night I tracked my package and they said they couldn't deliver, no safe place to put it and that they left a note. This was a complete lie because we didn't receive any note. I called the greentree post office may 23rd all morning and either the phone rang constantly and no one picked up or it rang busy. I then went down to the post office and explained that the website stated I could pick up my package. THe girl said it probably went with the wrong driver and would be re-delivered. So, they attempted to deliver and I was not home and now it is going back to the sender. This is completely unacceptable and something needs to be changed about this post office.

Hello, & To Whom It May Concern: I posted a congratulatory card in the mail, around a month or so ago, I don't know the exact date, but after some time passed, maybe a week or so, I found the envelope back in my mail box. It had been opened surgically on the right side and the card was missing. Not that it matters, I have a new doctor, who just had a baby, and this was a congratulatory card to her and her new baby. Having said that; I have had the same mail carrier, George, I have just forgotten his last name, who is not suspect for this crime. I did call the P.O. and report this but haven't heard anything back from you. If you would check for me and see if I have a new postal carrier. I live at 116 Patterson Avenue, Carnegie, 15106. The opened envelope did not go through the cancellation machine, no cancellation marks on the card, but there was a sticker that said address unknown or no such address, which was not true. The one thing that stands out in my mind was the fact that it hadn't been cancelled. I thought it would narrow down the source. Not a few days later I encountered a new mail carrier approaching my home when I was getting out of the car and ready to go up the steps leading to my front porch. This person was a bit over weight and seemed in a hurry, and broadly smiling as he came up to me and started blessing me etc. rather odd I thought, almost apologetically and rather in my face while repeating his blessings. Then yesterday I placed a package, in a plastic bag, with a return label attached to QVC, It was in plain sight, as I had anchored a wicker basket on to the bottom of the mail box to hold such material too large for the vertically constructed mail box right above it. I thought the combination of these events seemed too coincidental to have just happened by chance, the reason I am writing this. I would like to know if you can email me the name of my current postal carrier. I haven't had the luck to find this out, nor have I seen him. I left my address above to enable you to find him, as I am thinking about the one person I encountered that day by chance, described above, who approached me, with blessings and with a seeming obvious apologetic like attitude. Thank you for your time and any information you have concerning this matter. I'm 84 years old and live alone, so this is a concern of mine, as it should be at any time. . Regards, Happy Easter, and Thank you again, June C. Muraco

I called on Monday concerning several packages that were supposedly delivered. I talked with a man named Adam who said he would check & call back. I have been trying to reach someone for two days & have not been able to get through. No one is answering the phone. Amazon has said the packages were mailed, I have a notice with tracking numbers that the packages were put on my mailbox. I have not received these packages. I have not gotten an answer from the post office people. My phone number is 412/276-3320. You also have my email address. I would like some response. I would like to know where my packages are. I would like to know what can be done to find them or for compensation for the last items.

HI- I just visited the Greentree Post Office on Trumbull Drive. I had 16 certified letters to mail out. There is no air conditioning there and I had sweat pouring down my back. It was horrible. But as horrible has it was for me the 30 minutes I was there, it has to be absolute horrendous for gal working the counter. I wanted to go buy her an ice cream, but it probably wouldn't make it through the gates of hell you call an entrance there. Fix the air conditioning!

I have not received any mail for three days. I have been waiting on packages and letters that I know should have arrived two days ago. This post office is the absolute worse. Someone should be fired. They intentionally leave their phone off the hook. The entire post office system is a joke and should be disbanded and the Greentree facility is the poster child for eveything thats wrong with it. These people get paid to do a job that they obviously don't do.

This is the absolute worst post office in Pittsburgh. I was tracking a package and it said it was delivered on March 14 at 5PM. I never received the package. My neighbor said she came home at 4:30 and left at 5:30 and there was never a package at my door. I tried to contact the post office this by phone and no one has answered the phone for 15 minutes! It's still ringing as I'm typing this. DOES ANYONE WORK HERE - EVER?! A few weeks ago I went to ship a package and waited for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the counter. When the woman finally did, she was rude and unprofessional.

I have two packages in limbo now. Not with a carrier, not at the post office. The lady at the desk claims the carrier must have input the wrong number into my redeliver slips but offered no advice for getting my packages! 200 dollars in lost packages now with no help on how to retrieve them.

I have been tracking a package which was supposed to be delivered yesterday (the tracking stated 'out for delivery'). I not only didn't receive the package - I didn't get ANY of my mail. I called the post office more than 10 times yesterday only to get a busy signal on the other end.
This morning the tracking said it could not be updated. No package, no mail, no update..... So I call the post office again, and this time someone answers - Doug. I kindly explained the situation and was met with frustration and exasperation that he had to waste his time talking to me.... I understand he's probably getting flooded with calls (I'd like to think I'm not the ONLY person experiencing unreliable mail service), but considering I have a completely legitimate concern, you'd think he would have been a bit more hospitable. I was placed on hold and 37 minutes later, hung up and tried to call back. 20 minutes worth of busy signals later, Doug answers again.... completely miffed that I've called back. Again, with attitude and irritation, he puts me on hold.... Only to get back on and tell me he's busy, doesn't know where my package is, and that he's going to need to get back to me later on. Pfffft. Thanks Doug. You've been profoundly helpful.

I agree with the both of you this is now the second time my husband and I have not received our packages not sure what happened to them because no one has answers and I went down to the Greetree center to speak to a supervisor and I almost felt like they were pushing me out the door no sympathy nothing. They said are you sure it wasn't stolen and that I should have got it signature required before I shipped it. First off i live in a duplex and im a stay at home mom and when im not home my aunt lives next door she is disabled and does not drive so she is always there. No way it was stolen I live in a quiet neighborhood with only two other houses on my street. This is bullshit and it needs to stop. We should be able to trust the government mail carriers. Its not like we can stop our mail service or switch it. I want someone to be held accountable for this!

I never received a package that was supposedly delivered on March 4th. I called my post office, they said they'd return my call after speaking with my carrier- never got a call back. I spoke with my carrier- at first he couldn't remember delivering a package to my house, then changed his story to perhaps he remembers....he stated there could be no possiblility it was delivered to the wrong house- I told him I found that hard to believe, since I continually receive my neighbors mail, and not even my next door neighbor's- neighbors from at least a block away! Apparently I am SOL.
