Apparently this post office is good at stealing people mail. I live in Bedford, PA and "someone" picked up my package at their facility.... MAKES NO SENSE! I live no where close to this post office.

Wow they are all horrible nasty ppl The staff scream like they are ghetto trash

Why do the postal workers at the 15206 facility tells me I can't pick up my mail but every 3 day when uts on hold. They say I can't check on it but every three days. This is unacceptable to me as a customer!

Still have not received are mail is anyone delivering mail on Saturday

When am I going to get my mail

Someone is tampering with( purposly holding bak or loising my mail or soneone is using my identity . I never order packages and get tracking emails and such. Its all gone to pot. And a crying shame in these trying tines especially with growing dependance on shipping.

This Post Office lies a lot they do not deliver packages what they do is tell people that they put it on whole or the customer said hold the package I never said that I'm disabled I need stuff delivered I hate this Post Office

I have not been receiving my mail for the past two weeks, this office doesn't answer their phones and when they do answers they are very rude...and our postal person either can't read or just don't care...some of my mail ends up at the neighbors down the street

This is ridiculous. Worst post office I've ever had. They get away with losing packages FOR YEARS. Basically get mail once a week now. Losers

I have a package that was said it was delivered on Sunday and left in a mailbox. This is a business address and there is no mailbox and the business is open 24/7 with security available all the time. Not sure what is going on but there is no package.

I am amazed by the superlative customer service from Dave at the East Liberty Post Office, Pittsburgh. When I had called the post office to inquire about my parcel, I learned that attempts were made to deliver it at my place, but I missed it (i was at work). Dave located the parcel and informed me that it would be heavy to carry it by myself (I don't have a car, and would have walked with it). He said he would try to see what could be done. Dave delivered the package at my doorstep personally the same day!!! I was ecstatic. He went above and beyond for this and I want to THANK DAVE from the bottom of my heart.

We had our mail held for 3 weeks, then got a reminder email at the end of that time instructing us to come get the held mail within a week or it would be sent back. Local office said it was at East Liberty office. Person at East Liberty was surly and said it was not there. Calls went unanswered and no other option to find out where it was. Really disorganized.

Help having problems at delivery and open packages not receiving orders that was delivery to the East Liberty post office what can I do

I have had issues with getting my mail delivered for more than a year. After three formal complaints, nothing has changed. Packages are disappearing as are Christmas cards. Another person's mail is constantly delivered to my mailbox. Calling to make a complaint is difficult because no one is available to take my calls. Nothing ever changes and I am sick of it.

HORRIBLE Service! We haven't gotten mail for 3 days now, because our regular carrier is off. And I wonder, "When we don't get mail, WHERE does it go?" Does it get thrown away? Does it just pile up @ the post office? When (if ever) do you think we'll get mail again? It's not just this address - I haven't seen a truck (except the guy in the next route over, they get mail every day!) or a carrier for days..... Please HELP!! Michael 708-296-4788

Worst Post Office Ever....Why would you post that my package was delivered on Friday, Feb. 15 when it was not. When I called why would you tell me it was on the truck for delivery on Sat. Feb. 16 and it was not delivered. Now, Monday is a holiday. If I don't get it on Tuesday I am out of $$ for products I purchased to take on a business trip on Wednesday morning. Who pays for the post office lies and my revenue loss.

We had no delivery or pickup yesterday (Oct 18) in 6200 block of Howe street. This is NOT the first time either. It was a beautiful day so it cannot have been a weather problem--what gives?

On 1/18/18, I received notification that an attempt was made to deliver a package and that a notice was left. Well, I am sorry to say, that is not a factual statement. I was home all day on Thursday 1/18/18, no one rang my apartment nor was there a notice...I called the post office (east liberty) but it seems no one like to answering the phone....wow no package and answering the phones

I tried to call but noone answers the phone. We have been having problems every since John went on sick leave. He was excellent. Now, I am not receiving all of my mail. The following occurred In December: my tenant's rent check never arrived and Christmas Cards from my daughter and my grand daughter were not received.
