Mailed a very important letter with a cashier's check from inside the lobby Sunday April 2,2023. As of today, Monday, April 10,2023 the company in San Diego, California has not received it. Is this normal?! I realize yesterday was Easter, but post offices are not open Sundays anyway.

About two weeks ago I mailed an envelope with my check and tickets. My friend never get it . The address. Ms. Suzanna Babich 280 Colonial Road Pittsburgh PA 15216. I went post office this morning the poster said I should bring check to prove. Is the poster right or I don’t understand her. Please let me know.

No one answers the phone. I’ve been calling for days. I’m trying to locate a package that I was told was delivered on Dec. 4. I’ve called everyone and keep getting told it was delivered.

The postal workers are fabulous at Brentwood. Stop complaining- they are VERY shorthanded, usually only one person working- there is no one to stand in for them when they have to go to the bathroom. and NO there is NO ONE to answer the phone!! To the woman who let her children run around and destroy the post office- you need to get your children under control!!!

I have two complaints. The first one is that I agree with J. Pollack's complaint. Cannot reach anyone by dialing their number. No one answers. But the real reason I am writing is that when I try to mail something out from my apt. mailbox, the mail carrier does not pick it up! I have been charged late fees on bills because the mail carrier did not pick up my outgoing mail. There is no flag on the box to inform the carrier that there is something outgoing and it is rather high up on the wall and the box is deep. Is there supposed to be a flag on it? Today I am mailing something out and have intentionally stuck it half out of the box. He should be sure to see it but I do not think this should be necessary to do. PLUS there is now also a crease in the envelope. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE PICK UP MY MAIL AND PLEASE TELL THE OFFICE TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE!

No one answers the phone at this location. Leaving a complaint about my mail carrier in particular... Several times now, he has made absolutely no effort to deliver packages. I have been home, and he never knocks on the door. When I complained in person at the PO, (having to make a special trip to the PO in order to get my packages) they excused his behavior, saying he had injured his back, and couldn't carry packages. These aren't big or heavy packages, but do need my signature. And if he can't perform his job duties, then he should be replaced.

They can't answer the phone as they are short handed!! You would be the first one to complain if you were in line and they answered the phone instead of waiting on YOU

Am spending winter in CA and before leaving Pittsburgh I requested to have mail forwarded to another address. I am here a month and still no mail. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? My local post office is in Brentwood Town Square and called but they do not answer phone. Can I get some answers from you?

I mailed a card with the correct mailing address but wrote the wrong zip-- 15227 rather the 15236, which is the neighboring zip. I live a block from there. So, I guessed the zip was the same as mine. The card was returned with the label "no such number." In years past the mail carrier or sorter would have recognized the address and corrected the zip for me. Very disappointed as it was a sympathy card.
