Horrible!! letters go to my Neighbor and always writing on my Mail when it’s a different name but correct address like it’s Any of their business!! if the street address is right put it in that mailbox. Also always say sorry we missed you with certified mail but I watched him Never come down my driveway. Do your job. It yet an ordinary civilian can get a felony for messing with mail but yet I can’t just get simple service.

Although our mail Deliverer is punctual and reliable, he displayed a negative attitude, is as if he's always irritated. For instance, our trash pickup was at the same time as his delivery. He displayed a negative attitude toward the workers even though they were not in front of our mailbox. He was simply irritated because he had to go around them.

Numerous problems with this office. They refuse to actually deliver my packages. My driveway is way under the required walking for my packages. I have voicemails & videos & photos of the unprofessional behavior of your post person, & post master of the Nottingham office. My packages are being tossed in my yard vs putting on my covered porch, where it is more secure & will stay dry in wet, snow weather. I have complained to the post master who after numerous complaints I gave, I asked for the information for the district post master & "we are not allowed to give that information out to you". I have been told I have to purchase a bigger mail box, move my vehicle by my garage at the top of my driveway, make my driveway bigger or pick up all of my packages at the post office! I even have some of this on a voicemail from the post office. I know it is required if the post person can not turn around in the driveway they are to walk the package to my door. My next call will be to Amazon to report this if I don't get info for the district post master. This has been an issue since I bought my house. I own my house not the post office & I think any of this is inappropriate, USPS is supposed to deliver my packages, not toss them on the wet ground and ruin Christmas presents or get my parts wet because you don't secure my packages on my open, covered porch. This has been a continuous problems since September. I want to speak to at least the district or the regional post master. The UPS driver is able to get up & down my driveway no problem!?!?!?!

Missy Postal delivery person never brings my packages that require signature to my house. He just leaves a note in my box to tell me to pick it up at the post office because he is too lazy to walk up my walk and knock on my door and I am home midday when mail is delivered. I work split days because the post office is closed for lunch when I head back into work and this makes it a highly inconvenience to me just to get a package that I ordered and paid good postage to have delivered. Also speeds through my parking lot and then complains about my dog running in front of him. Speed limit is 5mph. All these years I have lived here never had a problem with my mail box. Now I am ordered to put up a new box because the lid fell off on old delivery person. My mail never got wet and never had a problem. No tip for this delivery driver this year. That is for sure. n Had a package that was supposed to be delivered today on Saturday, no show and it was a part I needed desperately.

Not sure what is going on with the mail but I have received 3 packages that do not belong to me and did not have my address on them or an address that was even close to mine. I have several packages that I was expecting but never received. This is a serious problem which has been going on for the past few months. If you are missing mail or packages you are not alone and I am sure it will get worse with the Holiday mail rush getting ready to hit.
