I am so disappointed that the birthday gift that I ordered for my son did not get delivered as Amazon said it would be here on Tuesday. However, your carrier claims she could not deliver, UPS and FedEx both were delivering items on my road that day. Also, I am coming to the post office tomorrow to pick up ANOTHER order that she did not deliver. She will only deliver things she can fit in my mailbox and if it doesn't she puts it in an empty mailbox and leaves me a note...

Recently moved and needed to change our address. The garbage you need to go through to to this is crazy !!! Why do see need to pay to do this and WHY do we need more garbage emails from "mymovers". Now I have to search for my mail so we can pay any bills. JUST CHANGE OUR ADDRESSES WHEN NEEDED !!!!!

11/28/17 -- Running late, procrastinating about sending important mail. Arrived at Murrysville, PA post office, with minutes to spare before they were closing. Rebecca was so very helpful and kind, very pleasant to work with. I appreciate her help and cheery smile, especially at the end of the day.

Generally favorable, but recently there have been three occasions when the mailman has not delivered mail to my mailbox. All of these involved a vehicle in front of my mailbox. One was my son visiting from Kansas, the other two were a landscaper who needed to get close to the house to unload mulch. I have been here 14 years; we are on a cul-de-sac and it is not possible for the landscaper to park in a way that allows him to do his work and not partially block the mailbox. On the last occasion (Aug 26, noon) the landscaper offered to move his truck when the mailman arrived, but the mailman responded inappropriately and did not deliver.
