Postal Locations

Needs to answer their phone. Never sure when this post office is open due to lack of help, etc. Poor way to run a Post Office. Agree with Matt Dillon' s previous complaint! Where is Management which is needed to clean up this mess!!!

They never answer the phone. I drive a good distance to get here, only to find out they're closed half day, "SOMETIMES!". But you'll never know till you get there when they're closed. It would be so easy to just pick up the phone, it'd take you two seconds. Yes the clerk is busy as h*ll I'm sure, but they never work alone! Just another way the government gets you to waste gas, at $4.75 a gallon!!

So 2 days ago I received notice that my voting ballets were being delivered via their Informed delivery email, last night our mail carrier came at 7:30pm in the dark in their suv sorting mail in front of our group of mail boxes only to leave a package and none of my other mail that was scheduled so I called and was told it would be in my box today, 2 deliveries from 2 different carriers still no ballets I called again and was told ma'am there is no mail in this building they can come search it there is no mail here, still no explanation for where my ballet is.. Be very worried about this election

Moscow Post Office is a nightmare getting your mail, for about 2 years now and still on going getting other people's mail. So I bring the wrong mail back to the post office and tell them my issue. Also that I am concerned that I am not getting my mail. The post office tells me the same line every time. Someone in a higher posittion really needs to look into this issue.

The office seems prompt, although I always receive someone else's mail. My problem is with the staff dealing with the public. I asked a clerk a question to clarify her actions and I was treated very rudely. Unhappy employee? Not an excuse. Don't ever expect a smile and greeting. Not in the job description, I guess.
