Thr mail person who delivered purchase route on January 9,2024 who drives a white like suv put my new cell phone in a white plastic bag along side of our mailbox on the ground next to a water hole in pouring down rain and over 30 miles an hour winds. It could of blown away or picked up and stolen by a stranger putting it along a busy road. I was so passed off when I seen it laying across our road. When I just saw them deliver something to my neighbors across the road. They pulled in their driveway and got out and delivered their mail to their door but could not drive up our driveway and pit that phone on our front porch. I guess they were to lazy to do that. If you can't do your job right then get another job you can sit down and do. I am not done reporting this yet.

I am very upset with the postal system. We were expecting my husband's inhalers from OptumRX. At first it was to be delivered on May 18. Then today USPS said it would be delivered today between 11:15 and 3:15 today. At 4:35 we got a phone from optumrx saying our package was at the PO to be picked up asap...we hurried to the PO only to find out that it closed at 4:30. There were people in back I, but no one would come out to talk to us. We are going out of town tomorrow am. Now I ha e to track down this package and I'm pretty sure it will be on the carrier's vehicle. This happened once before. When I checked at the PO I was told the carrier forgot to deliver it and it would be delivered the next day.So many people are dissatisfied with the postal service, and are turning to other alternatives, as we will be doing.

LAZIEST drivers and Iffice personnel I’ve ever encountered. Get new employees. Can’t even deliver a package because god forbid it’s too cold.

The male person that answers the phone is always rude and obnoxious and should not be working with the public.

Mohnton Post office is the only public indoor place that I was told you do not need to wear a mask. Everywhere else, supermarkets, drugstores, doctor offices, you are mandated to wear a face mask, but not the Mohnton Post office. Please go onto the Mohnton Post office website and read all the glowing reports on there services and customer support.Isn't it great to have your business shouted out to the room when you are trying to ship out packages. There should be a privacy policy for postal workers not to shout your business to strangers. There are policies at doctor offices, hospitals, pretty much everywhere but here.

This is the second time a package was supposed to be delivered to our mailbox, but was actually delivered to someone else's mailbox. We live on Alleghenyville Road. The first package was delivered to Maple Grove Road, the second package they got the road right, but not even close to the number right. Second package was from Amazon and he is blaming the 13th street post office because they deliver Amazon on Sunday's. Might have to start having my stuff delivered to work. Another complaint is the postman not closing our mailbox all the way and our mail getting wet on several occasions.

Another day of soaking wet mail. Mail box left open....mail left part way out to ensure mail got wet. This has been going on for 6 to 8 months. Every day the mail box is left open. When I close the box it stays closed until the mail is delivered again.

Another delivery that was supposedly delivered to my mail box. It was a big box and wasn't delivered. Checked as soon as it was delivered. What part of put on the front porch not out at the end of the road so you not understand. $62.00 gone and my grandsons Christmas present. Happens all the time. I'm beyound fed up.

Tonight I had a package delivered....the box was too wide for my mailbox so they smooshed the edge of box to shove it in. My husband had a hard time getting it out. If you're too lazy to walk to my porch get a new damn job! That is so unacceptable!

I had another package not delivered today that shows delivered by the tracking number. It's happens all the time. I have no trouble with UPS or FedEx. And this time they left no note in the box so who knows. They usually say my driveway is too rough or whatever but I drive a 4 cylinder neon up it just fine and all the other deliveries like oil trucks etc. no problem. My old driver never missed a beat.

Watch these people very closely. Even for government workers, they are incredibly rude and incompetent.
