My husband went inside to mail a large package and the female postal worker at the front desk was extremely rude. She was not helpful in the least bit.. She said the package was too large she couldn't winner scale we understood that but the way she handled it was just ignorant that. There's just no reason for Behavior like that. I'm sure we're not the only one she was way too comfortable acting the way she was. This was at 3 on May 21st ... so whomever was at the front desk thanks for nothing

This post office is really terrible. The hours they're open are inconvenient and they never answer their phone. As for the carriers, I'm constantly getting my neighbor's mail. And recently I scheduled a package pickup that was not picked up, but they sent a pickup confirmation anyway. I had a past issue when I was trying to get a passport too. Awful. They need someone better to manage it, or shut it down and consolidate with a branch that can handle things better.
