I just wanted to say I appreciate the courtesy of the person who answered the phone. I used to work a customer service job and I know how hard it can be. Thank you Post Office for continuing to function overworked and underfunded.

I live in Fairmount Apt.. Every time me or neighbors have packages that easily fit in our mailbox, the mail man/woman will not even attempt to knock on your door before they wait to send you down to the post office looking for our stuff. if it doesn't fit they are to come knock then if not home and no secure place to leave it leave the attempt letter!!! they don't!!!!! lazy!!!!!!

Apparently the carrier claimed they couldn't deliver my parcel because they couldn't access my mailbox was is utter bs. I received my regular mail and I've had 2 parcels delivered in the last two weeks with no problem. Wtf?

The Meadville Post Office is NOT enforcing social distancing in the Post Office. I was the only person of 5 people in a tiny tiny tiny little area with a face mask on. I told the workers that I was very uncomfortable that they were not enforcing social distancing. There should NOT have been so many people in a tiny tiny tiny area, especially wearing no face masks. I should be able to count on employees to do their job. This was VERY upsetting. If they do not up hold social distancing requirements next time I go in there I will be contacting my state representatives. Please get control of this issue ASAP.
