I've been calling the office's number 10 times in business hour about the undelivered package. NOONE ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Are you closing?

I have sent two checks in the mail. One for $98.39 and another for $411. This happened in November One on the 19th and one on the 22. None of them reached their destination. Now I have late charges??? Could you explain where are my checks. They never got to the bank?

Today April 13, my mail carrier ( a temp) was on her phone as she approached my door. She put my mail into my door slot and nastily appealed that I get a mailbox, ending her rant by calling it a fu***** mail slot. This woman has substituted before and I’ve witnessed this same attitude as I listened from inside my house. This is NOT the kind of person USPS should have working! Take into consideration that the USPS is short handed and carriers have their routes getting larger and larger. Temps come and go almost overnight and the oversight is slim to none! It’s a miserable job!! This is no excuse for poor service. But put the service in perspective. Be lucky to get your mail at all!

Don’t trust them with your ballots folks. Mine was sent on October 7th and it still hasn’t been delivered 3weeks later.

I get Informed Delivery every morning but do not get the mail. This has happened now x2 and a film (dvd) was lost by you and never was delivered. This has happened again today. Was to receive a DVD, Insurance papers and car registration and important financial papers. Nothing was delivered?? Again. Very unhappy with the lack of care. can not talk with anyone on the phone. Automation so you do not have to answer our questions??

TERRIBLE....it is 4:40...no one answers your phone....I am so tired of getting FIRST CLASS mail delivered to my address for the previous home owner. What do I need to do to get you to STOP delivering first class mail to me???????????
