Please tell me why my package arrived at Indiana facility on Wednesday, August 19 at 03:39 am (“I live in Indiana”), then it was sent to Kittanning PA After two hours and there it sits. Tracking info below. I order a lot from Wal-Mart. Since I am senior citizen. Package came today we have. A paved driveway can drive right to back porch instead the package was dropped at bottom of driveway and I saw her drop it getting it out of backseat of car pop cans got bent employed in package I told her she didn't need to put plastic over box she said I did just bottom then got in car and left this has never happened before always came to backdoor. On August 3rd I had a notice left at my home that I had a registered letter to pick up at the post office since no one was at home. I went to the post office on August 6th twice and August 7th once and the people working there can not find my mail. They blame it on the rural carrier who was a sub and numerous other excuses, I still don't have my mail on August 9th and no call back. This should not be my problem. I could probably have the information resent but if I do it certainly won't be in the US mail. I very unhappy because this is not the first occasion of mail being screwed up by a sub carrier.
