Worst post office ever. Was told various times to deal with lansdale post office because hatfield is incompetent. Had a mail stop, selected to pick up mail afterward, they decided to deliver it anyway and I'm missing mail and packages. Very upset.

Up until last week, the mailman on my route was kind enough to bring my mail and put it inside my storm door. When a new guy took over, he did it for a couple of days and then stopped. It takes less than one minute to walk to my door and put the mail inside the storm door since I am right next to the mailboxes. No need to knock or wait til I come to the door. I am older and unable to get to the mailboxes safely because they are slightly downhill from my door. There is a note inside my mailbox concerning this. Can someone please ask him to do this for me? I did give him a small tip the first time I met him to show my appreciation.

Things had been going well since my last post of two months ago. Now the new mailman does not put my mail inside my storm door as was done previously. This started again last Saturday. I don’t have family nearby or neighbors who will help me. As I said before, I live less than 30 feet from the mailboxes, and it only takes a minute to come to my door and leave the mail inside the storm door. No need to knock or wait for me to get there — just leave it inside the storm door. I would be willing to pay a fee for this help. Please help me!

Great Post Office. The staff is extremely helpful, and friendly. I called today regarding a package - someone answered, and I received the package within 30 minuets at my front door. You can't ask for better service than that.

This is the worst run post office. It is under staffed and the new post master has no knowledge if asked a simple question. I have frequented this establishment almost every day for 23 years and it continues to go down hill. A simple transaction takes 15 to 20 minutes. I dread any time I have to make a transaction at the counter. Twice we have needed assistance with tracking a letter sent certified and the answer is I don't know and is not followed through. Once you pay for something, you are on your own as far as getting assistance from anyone there.
