About a month ago, I contacted the D.C. office and requested a service. I asked that my mail be photographed and sent to me by email because we were having problems getting our mail. No dice. Haven't heard from them since.

I put in a hold order for the time I would be away. It's been totally ignored. I can see from my security cameras that the mail is still being delivered. As others have commented, no one ever answers the phone at this post office.

I've scheduled a package pickup every day for the last 5 days, only to have the mail carrier MOVE THE PACKAGE and stuff new mail in the box.. and then not take the package. WTF? Then I try calling the office and let it ring forever and no one ever answers. What are yall doing in there, honestly? Cuz you're def not handling the f@@king mail properly.

This post office NEVER answers the phone. I have been trying to reach someone for 2 days. The phone just rings continuously and no one ever picks up. This is a problem as i had a package delivered there and am trying to see whh because thats not where it was meant to go!! Answer the phone like you're supposed to people!!

We did not receive any mail service 6 days between February 3 and 16, 2022.

The Swatara post office is the worst I ever seen in my 57 years on this planet They literally loose your mail snd then ehen you reach out to them to let them know you havent received ANY mail for over a month and you go online in every thinkable USPS forum This office doest even bother to contact you back..When I return to PA this weekend I intend on following this matter as far as I can

This has got to be the ABSOLUTE WORST, post office I have ever been to in my lifetime! I'm 50 years old so that says a lot! I called once to locate my package that was supposedly delivered to my home, and the man who answered the phone was not only rude but also cursed at me and hung up on me!!! I have complained to deaf ears repeatedly. The management there has the same non-professional attitude as the employees! My package was delivered to the wrong address and luckily the person brought it to me! Shut this place down!

our address is 6080 Cherry Hill Rd...for the past week every day we have mail in our box for 6080 Peach Tree Rd. I have written notes each day this is not our mail. Please inform whoever to be more careful in sorting. It is sometimes very important mail for this individual. Thank You.

Called for assistance with a certified mail I sent. They would not answer their phone. Eventually after letting it ring for what seemed forever, it just hung up on me.

The Swatara post office in Harrisburg Pa, is the worst most slipshod run post office that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. When they wouldn’t answer their phones all day I called the 1800 # to get information about a package. The person there was very nice and helpful she answered all my questions. Then when I tried to do as she said the supervisor there said everything she said was wrong. So I had to leave my job early just to pick up a package that my son was told he could pick up and was there to do so and not allowed. So am I upset? Yes I am. They either need to get their facts straight or learn how to answer their own phones.

This is the worst office ever My laptop is send at Wednesday and on the track they said come at 8:57 on Friday but then I don't see anything coming in Friday then on Saturday im call up they said it just came today at 11:07 they change it to make it right for them but i have a proof i was taking a picture yesterday to show them the times and they said they already delivered to wrong people, this office gonna get sue soon who run this office??

This is literally the worst post office I have ever experienced in my life. Our mail is constantly getting delivered to our neighbors, we receive their mail and I've had 4 packages that I've gotten expedited shipping on in the past 4 months either get delivered to the completely wrong address or just never show up after getting a delivery notification. I've called and left several complaints but nothing has changed. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I am still on hold (for more than 45 minutes, just got cut off). I was on hold before that, then got cut off. All I wanted to do was to ask them to leave a large envelope from Japan (pursuant to my redelivery request) inside the mailbox. Do these people even work? Please drain the swamp in this post office and replace the workers with people who will answer the phone and attend to customers' needs. This is a total failure as a post office.

My neighbor has been giving me my mail for the past few months. This has included personal information. When I call, I get a rude man who tells me at all hours of the day that the guy I need to speak with is on his lunch break. I do not want my mail anywhere near this facility. This place needs to be shut down.

Well I love the Swatara Branch...lived there for over thirty sum years. I do miss one of my favorite post masters who retired. As for not having enough help, that is not the employee's fault...they do the best they can. Sending my kudos to them...

This has to be the worst post office in the world!!!! Workers r not friendly and they never have enough help in the the front. Who runs this joint??
