I paid $32.00 for a document to be send to The Bahamas. This is from June 7, 2017 an the envope is in London England...I have been trying to call, no response the phone is set up for No help. I will visit the postal again but am seeking legal recourse this is crazy....all that money an the document has not reach its destination yet.

My sons birthday and Christmas presents were sent out on Dec.8th 2014 and was listed as 'delivered' on the 16th of Dec. I have yet to find out where my sons belongings are. To make matters even worse I was told that I was ineligible to file a claim although the package was clearly delivered to someone else's address. Is it possible to find the postal worker who made the delivery so I can figure out where he delivered it?

I ordered a package from Amazon Prime that was supposed to be delivered to my business on Monday, December 15. I have them delivered to my business so I don't have to worry about them being left unattended at home or missed by the carrier. I received a text and email from Amazon stating the package was attempted to be delivered on Sunday. We are closed on Sunday. I didn't think this would be a problem and would receive it on Monday as scheduled. Today is Thursday and still no further attempt to be delivered. I came to the post office after lunch and picked up my package. Evidently no one was going to deliver it or notify me to pick up. If there is not going to be any attempt to deliver, I would appreciate at least getting a notice to pick up my package. I have also left Amazon know that I am not happy with USPS delivery of my Amazon packages.
