I've been trying to call the greentown post office for around 30 minutes and keep getting a busy signal... I rec'd a notice that a ups package was sent to usps under 92612902803253541400078845 and because it's large it could not be put in my central box in skyview lake in greentown... i ve been trying to call to make sure you're open tomorrow saturday july 3rd with it being the 4th of july weekend and I can't get a person to talk to. it's very inconvenient for me to go to the post office and so I don't want to make the trip only to discover you're closed due to the holiday weekend I would like to make sure before I go out ...that the hours listed on this site of sat 6a to 6p are valid...

I have tried to call the P.O. but the phone always seems to be busy. We did not receive any mail yesterday. In fact my community did not receive any mail yesterday. The reason I know this is that the keys were still in the bigger packages boxes. This is not the first time this has happened and I would like to know what you can do to prevent this from happening again. Perhaps changing the postal route might help. Thank you, Kerry
