I have been so disappointed in our mail service as of late, we've been getting neighbors mail and outgoing mail is rarely picked up for us. When I complained to the PO last month and asked if there has been a change in carrier they said our neighborhood never has the same carrier.  Yesterday, a very important, time sensitive package was delivered to someone across my neighborhood, when tracked it showed delivered. Luckily, I emailed the entire neighborhood and found my package after a few hours but it also started a much needed conversation among neighbors. We've consistently had issues as long as we have lived here but it is now worse than ever. I'm not sure what more we can do, I've reached out to other neighbors and MANY have the same experiences. The Incompetence is staggering. Whether it be carelessness, rushing, not paying attention or illiteracy- I don't care. NONE are acceptable. When I stopped my mail because we went on vacation, our neighbor's mail was also stopped. Just today another neighbor spoke with the mail carrier when delivering their mail. He acknowledged an email had been sent. Then he went back to his truck and found 5 more pieces of their mail- 2 of which were important bills. Its possible the issue lies in the sorting and not the actual delivery but its my understanding that is the same person. Something needs to change here!
