Ridiculously lazy. Havnt gotten mail all week and have been waiting on important mail and have mail to be sent out. Watched him stop, look at the mailbox, decide it was convenient enough, and then continue to drive to a more convenient mailbox skipping several houses. Havnt gotten mail ALL WEEK. Unacceptable

I stopped at the Emmaus Post Office on Tues Aug 1 at 1300 to fill out and sign a card and talk to the clerk regarding holding my mail. My front porch and walkways are currently under construction. However, I called the post office today and spoke with Joyce, Postmaster, and she said that there is no record of me requesting my mail be held and that there is nothing that she can do to help me.

I was supposed to have a package delivered today and when I checked online it said it was out for delivery, well it is 7:20 and I have not seen a mail person at all and no other mail was delivered. Seems like this happens a lot, along with getting my mail around 5 or 6.

They made me pay for my own receiving mail and it was a christmas card like really? I made a scene but they still charged me for my own mail which is ridiculous

The workers at the Emmaus post office are very unfriendly and not polite at all. How do you call to ask them a question and they hang up on you!!

Lazy too. No mail today for us. I guess they just didn't feel like it today.
