I had a package delivered to the Elverson PO. I checked the shipping notification from the seller and it showed it was delivered. When I went to pick it up they said it was received and delivered over the counter. No one in my family picked up the package so it was clearly given to the wrong person. So how do I go about filing a claim for the lost merchandise?
