When usps delivers a package , basically anything that does not fit in the mailbox they should have to put it at my door. Putting mail that does not fit should not be put on top of mailbox. I have medications delivered along other items I don’t want stole. I live back off the street and can not see anything. I am disabled so walking for my mail is impossible. My husband does pick up the mail after work but if they deliver after 11 AM he won’t be getting there till around 9pm. My meds are expensive they mail 3 months at a time. Plus I have 2 scheduled meds that could easily be stolen and sold off the street. Putting any kind of package on top or in front of mailboxes should have to be put on your front door if they are not fitting in box.

No mail delivery today, I wonder why? Is it possible the post office doesn't have enough staff to deliver mail?

My review si that the USPS SUCKS!!! fI know there was no mail Monday for a holiday. Tuesday we didn't get mail??? Wednesday we got mail at 9am and 5:30 pm??? Thursday we got mail at 4pm. Friday!!! No mail again! In this day and age of advertising and such, there is no way we should not get any mail at all. Once again we don't get mail. We are the only house on the block and I guess the Postal Service forgets us or just doesn't feel like taking the extra steps. If you can't handle the work load, close the mail system completely.

Elizabethtown post office needs better management and hiring practices. I live in a retirement facility with some people of dubious mental abilities. Mail is delivered to the wrong mail boxes way too many times to be concidered "just a mistake". Add to that residents of dubious mental abilities getting the wrong mail and throwing it away! I have missed time sensitive mail too many times. Add to that, postal employees stuffing mail in boxes while talking on the phone!!! Clean up your act Elizabethtown post office!!!!

Several times now packages that were ordered via Amazon have arrived to the station in the morning and then have failed to be sent out for delivery to me that day. Causing them to be delayed in arrival upwards of two days. Ridiculous.

I know of a rural career that keeps (steals) the Free coupons that come from Victoria Secret and Bath & Body. They say it is mail call (umbum mail) or something like that and that no one will ever know.

Been living in Elizabethtown for over 30 years and I rarely had a problem with my postal service UNTIL my route carrier retired about 8 years ago. Since then I have had NOTHING but problems with my mail at least 3 or 4 times a year. No one EVER returns calls about problems and when you finally chase someone down for help it’s never fixed properly anyway. In fact as of this writing myself and the executor are STILL trying to get my brother’s mail forwarded correctly but every time we contact them about the problem whatever they do or don’t do only makes the situation worse. The latest drama in this brother’s mail issue is now I’m not getting my mail because they have our home (we lived together) as vacant. All my mail, bills included, are being returned to sender as moved left no forwarding address. Now not only do they have the general mail screwed up but I have companies calling me about my address! My brother’s mail STILL is not being forwarded and many things now are very important to the estate and executor! Trust me, this is just one of MANY issues over the years. Incompetent rude people totally lacking in responsibility and accountability. I highly doubt a lot of comments left on these kinds of sites are even seen or perhaps cared about by management. However it is hard to ignore when someone calls the customer service line or sends them an online contact form to complain. I think if more people just did that instead at some point Washington would get the message and hopefully do something. You know how bureaucracy can be about having something “official” versus just a public posting on social media which could be easily subject to fraud/false issues. Though with this P.O. it’s not false!

Complete and utter run around. Go there to save mail load for my carrier, after checking on line that package is there. Clerk says for me to get a tracking number. I go get the number, then it's not preceeded by a 92, which was not given, then they say it was delivered. I check and it was not delivered. Called back to tell them it was not delivered and miraculously it shows up. I hope UPS or FEDEX takes over for these BOZOS! This is beyond rediculus. Government! not delivered. Then call back and find it was put someplace that noone could find. So when I went there originally, IT WAS THERE!

I normally have no problem with our post office in Elizabethtown, but they are increasingly delivering mail to the wrong address. Today I received all of my neighbor's mail and none of my own. I hope nothing very important was coming to me! I'm expecting a bill in the mail. The sorting needs to be improved.

Missing 5 or 6 pairs of shorts 4 tops and a dress tracking states it’s been delivered to a parcel box some are locked up but there were no keys in our mailbox. We live at 536 mandarin lane town Featherton crossing apartments. Can the mail carrier please slow down and pay attention to detail? I am handicapped and live on the third floor and can’t be chasing my packages. If any one receives my packages could you please shoot me an email and we will come and get it

Absolutely sheer frustration to pay $24.16 to send a package to LA as of one week later...no one knows where it is! E'town never called me back, Harrisburg never called me back....it takes a postal employee in Alexandria LA to track it, found in Lancaster as of 5/23 in addition to the fact our carrier can't read addresses! I'm so unhappy its not even funny and I am tired of hand carrying incorrect mail to the correct address! What happened to customer service and doing a good job!

Completely devestated! My package was delivered to the wrong house, and is now nowhere to be found! I needed it for a gift this weekend! So now I am out a gift and $! Someone else's package was brought to my house, but I delivered it to the right owner. It is sad that some people are dishonest, but these mail carriers really need to take their time around the holidays! Also the two Grinch like people working the counter are miserable, and deliver poor customer service!! This postal unit really needs some improvement!!

Our mailman is the most rude and it's quite obvious he hates his job. I live near the college and he is always skipping our daily delivery by sometimes 3 or 4 days. We know he skips us either via outgoing mail or tracking. Get your act together and hire someone that will actually do his or her job! I am VERY ANGRY!

The boy/man who answered phone tonight was not professional. After I explained my issue, he said they were closed and to call back tomorrow during working hours I said why did you answer. He said "an emergency or something". hmmm
