Saturday, September 5, 2015, my mail carrier rang my apartment buzzer and before I could answer or get out to the security door they were gone. My package of medications were not delivered. The first available day to get them from the holiday weekend was Tuesday. I am disabled and I don't understand why didn't they give me time to get to the buzzer? They must of buzzed me just before they were ready to leave. Why didn't they just leave the meds in the mailbox since they didn't require signature. The package was not so large not to fit. Maybe awkward but it fit with room for it and mail. Just a little effort on the part of your letter carrier would have saved me a trip to pick up my package. Rational thinking would be a plus.
