I’ve had a package from my girl that still hasn’t come yet. It’s supposed to be here today

Every day, I get my neighbor's mail. I have called & complained numerous times, never get to talk to a supervisor; I even put a note on my mailbox saying my neighbor doesn't use this mailbox & THEY CONTINUE TO DELIVER THE WRONG MAIL. I think you all need to get re-certified to do your jobs because you're terrible at it.

7 pieces of mail were not delivered to 731 W Highland Ave on Mon. 4/20/20. On Tues. 4/21/20 6 of the 7 were delivered along with the 6 pieces scheduled for Tues. I am missing a letter from USAA 15935 La Cantera Pkwy, Building Two, San Antonio, Texas 78256. Please check. Thank you, I would have stopped in, but we're all under stay at home restrictions. Saturday, September 5, 2015, my mail carrier rang my apartment buzzer and before I could answer or get out to the security door they were gone. My package of medications were not delivered. The first available day to get them from the holiday weekend was Tuesday. I am disabled and I don't understand why didn't they give me time to get to the buzzer? They must of buzzed me just before they were ready to leave. Why didn't they just leave the meds in the mailbox since they didn't require signature. The package was not so large not to fit. Maybe awkward but it fit with room for it and mail. Just a little effort on the part of your letter carrier would have saved me a trip to pick up my package. Rational thinking would be a plus.
