Packages posted on Amazon that they were placed in customers mail box. No packages, no key for bulk mail. This has happened a few times. Sometimes I receive them the next day and sometimes never and have to report them as lost. BIG PROBLEM IN THESE TIMES OF SHOPPING FROM HOME

How rude can you be?!? Went in to pick up a very important piece of mail and stood waiting for a woman who finally presented herself while still on her personal cell phone. Never breaking conversation or greeting us at all she took the slip we handed her for a missed delivery, skimmed lightly through a single box then handed it back blurting, "it's not back". Not how can I help you, not I'll be with you in a moment, not even a hello or goodbye for god sake!! This woman continued her personal conversation throughout and acted completely annoyed that we'd interrupted her!! Disgusting customer service!!
