Great service but maybe a bit Understaffed. Parking sucks if you must go in. The building is worth the hassle. If your someone that likes old architecture. I'm just glad Bezos didn't get to take it over when Trump tried handing it over. Funny how all those Amazon vans showed up. Seemingly all the same day. Just to say it out loud. We don't want to lose U. S. P. S.! STAY STRONG!

I have a small overseas package that's been sitting at the Coatsville (19320) Post Office for over 5 days! Why?? Try calling them! You can't get a person! Only a computer asking for a tracking number! I try and put it in and it won't accept it, and will not go any further without it! Pick up the phone!!!

Clerk working window, Aaron, was not helpful at all. Drove to post office to pick up package that was a month in transit and had arrived at the post office, but Aaron would not look for it to hand it over the counter to me. He “wasn’t allowed to do that.” Told we I would have to wait for it to be delivered to my house. My package was 10 feet away but he could not have cared lass. No wonder this post office branch gets so many negative reviews.

HAPPY SATURDAY !!! Clark / Kopchinski 102 Jodi Drive We have a problem. Who ever filled in today for Rich did a lousy job ! Pam Kopchinski received a box today. Too big for the mail box. The box was left on the ground. This is not acceptable. We don't need our mail on the ground getting invaded by ants, etc. This is not the first time. Rich will bring our large mail up to the house. WHERE IT BELONGS ! Please speak to the carrier that was servicing this route. He did not measure up to the standards of the USPO and certainly not up to Rich's standards of excellence. I do not understand why I was charged $1.20 for a business size manila envelope with three pieces of paper in it. I thought it was based on weight. Sent two Bday cards to my grandson. Only one arrived. Was my gift card stolen?

Please always make sure to securely close my mailbox. It was recently hit by East Fallowfield snow plows (twice), so the door does not close unless an effort is made (not simply flipping it up before you drive off, as this will not close it properly). Also, please do not leave oversized parsels on the ground or between the mailboxes. I had to walk 100 yards down the street to retrieve it, luckily it was not damaged (just very dirty).

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING "RED PLUM ADVERTISING" CONSISTING OF ABOUT 20 PAGES OF JUNK MAIL. IT IS NOT ADDRESSED TO MY CONDOMINIUM AND STUFFED INTO MY BOX. PLEASE TELL YOUR POSTMAN NOT TO PLACE THESE IN MY MAIL BOX.
