In June of 2020 my wife and I sent 2 graduation cards with $35 in each to H.S. graduates. Upon contacting them we learned that neither had received the card. It is now December 2021 and we have been informed of people fishing for mail in collection boxes in Catasauqua. We believe that the cards and money have either been dumped ,stolen or lost. We believe an internal and external investigation is warranted.

Tired of NOT having my mail picked up. I write checks 8 days in advance of due date. My address is 3 Stonewood Place, Catasauqua. Again , today Saturday, 5/23 /20 my mail has not been picked up. It was in my mailbox clearly shown that there were envelopes to be picked up. If it isn't picked up today the real estate taxes will be late ! What is the problem ???

7/8/19 mailman is on his cell phone, not paying attention whatsoever, continuously gives out mail to the wrong address. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to walk over to my neighbors to give them their mail and they would in turn give me mine. I’ve had neighbors 10 houses down drop off my mail because he’s never paying attention. I understand bad days but this is becoming a habit and it’s ridiculous.

I retired recent from Postal Service in another state. I was In the union and an Counselor. Anyway what reviews I read seems to be true. What can we do is to contact the Post Master and? Branch Manager. Everyone needs there mail on time that includes the seniors and the disabled that do not speak up for themselves. Shame on you Catasauqua Postal employees News media is on the list to call 6/24/19

Very Very poor service from this office, they always put the wrong mail in the wrong mail box or boxes at 118 bridge street, this has happened many times and many times the people from this building have went in person to complain. whoever is at this office just walks away when we complain about this and say their is nothing they can do. well do you or do you not have to pass a postal exam to work for the postal service? In fact I know you do and memory is a big part as is paying attention, how can you keep doing this when a letter is clearly marked with an apartment number????? something has to be done about this and a few of the hired postal workers need to either be fired or retire, this is to stop at once or we will get the PA state rep involved and the media etc etc. if you can not do your job right at the high pay rate that you get then you need to step aside and let someone who is willing to do the job right and in a more professional manor take over.

I have the exact same issue and I have told the mailman myself to please put it in the correct box and still they give all the apartment mail in the box in front and doesn’t even come to the back to put mail. I was waiting for a check I got days later from my neighbor and I’m about to contact someone about this if it keeps happening.
