Every time we have a relief mail person, and the wind blows or a cloud covers the sun or there's a drop of rain or a snowflake, the relief person will not come up our road. The wind was blowing Sat 10/16, no mail, today Monday 10/18, it's still windy and no mail. We have a paper guy that comes up no matter the weather at 6 am and he's not missed a day for over 15 years!!! I had a priority mail No use calling, they are nasty at that post office.

So many times I do not get my mail. Now I am missing a tax bill! If I didn't receive one of the two I would NEVER know that I'm missing the BIG one!! This post office is the worst and the director is totally non-responsive!! The phone rings and rings then goes to busy signal!!

Still waiting for mail. This time its some legal documents! Everyone else in the case has theirs except me. Also waiting on other government documents. Once again everyone else has theirs except me. Obviously a problem here!! I also noticed you deleted my last post about where is the mail? The christmas cards? ect.

Had a PO Box over 2 years ago, POST OFFICE keeps changing my address from my street address to the PO Box and my mail keeps getting rejected to all of my banks, school, etc. They claim they don't change anything, yet every 6 months like clockwork I don't get mail and not cannot even invest in my banks because they locked up my accounts due to rejected non deliverable mail. Call and they say they correct all the time but nothing gets done. So tired of calling and wasting my time and NO ONE knows how to fix it.

So sick of Boyertown Post office. Twice a company has tried to send me something in the mail. The last being certified. Now I have proof that they just keep stickering it and I plan to sue. They don’t want people to have their mail. It’s a federal offense to withhold mail and return it without even attempting to pass it thru. Hope they can afford the hundreds of thousands for my lawyer fees and all the shit I’m gonna prove in court. Maybe they really should just close down since they are arrogant jerkoffs even on the phone. They don’t give a shit. They just want a paycheck. Disgusting.

Our mail on Front Street really is terrible. We never know when we are going to get our mail. Rarely do we get it around the time we did for 20+ years. Around 10 a.m. There are days I don’t even get mail, days when I get 2 or more days at a time, And a lot of times I get mail late that the advertmets are expired.I am sitting here right now after 3 o’clock and still haven received anything. I am not the only one on this street dissatisfied. It Will come a day that we’ll end up paying bills late cause there is no schedule for this Street in Boyertown and then there will be a bigger problem. I would greatly appreciated if this could be looked into. There are older people on this Street to that need their mail on time.

Why do I not get my Giant circular (or any other circular, for that matter) until 3 to 4 days after the week's sales have begun? On a few occasions, my circular has not even arrived until the last day of the sale. I've spoken with Giant, & the issue is definitely on the part of the post office. What takes so long for the flyers to be distributed?

Once again, our carrier is way off of his normal delivery time and, once again, we are not getting mail in the appropriate mail boxes. Neither are our neighbors. Bills, checks, a lot of things disappear for months on end. Fix it.

The postmaster in boyertown, sheldon martin, is worthless! Far to often the needs of the postmaster come before the needs of the customer! Nobody will ever look into anything because they dont care! Its not about the customer anymore its about the needs of the postal service! If you seen how it was managed you would be shocked you get mail at all. Its never your mailmans fault...there are circumstances that are far beyond the control of a mailman! This particular postmaster was made a postmaster due to his inability to perform his duties as a mailman! So you screw up you move up! His nickname as a carrier was seldom....because he hardly ever did his job. Not a bad gig for 120,000$ a year
