I scheduled an appointment to apply for a passport, made sure I had all my ducks in a row so to speak, correct paperwork, etc. Showed up early as required. This was the only office with appointments within a 20 mile radius from me. When I arrive the man tells me that there is no one there that can accept my application, and he tried to contact them to no avail. Why bother making appointment if your system can't handle it? I wasted my time and my partners trying to coordinate with both of our work schedules to make it on time and there's no one there that could take my application. I couldn't even reschedule because there was no one working at the desk. Either fix the mobile website issue or take it down completely, what a sorry excuse that is for screwing up.
