I've been there 3 times on different days within hours of operation and the service window hasn't been open.

I am having a problem with having my mailbox being relocated in Barnesville, Pa. I inquired of my local post office and was told I could so. I went and purchased a new box, post and container. Now I'm told by a very rude Post Master in Tamaqua, Pa that it's impossible because it's not on a certain route that it was on, in spite of the fact that a postal carrier delivers all the mail except mine on this particular street. Everyone else on my street has their boxes in front of their homes and I want mine in front of mine. Where it is now is at an extremely dangerous intersection and I feel I have a right to the same convenience as everyone else on my street. I am also suffering from a severe injury making it impossible to get to the current location. The Tamaqua Post Master was so ignorant to me on the phone and went so much as to hang up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated there was no one else above her and hung up on me. I am totally disgusted with such a simple request and I need someone who is willing to help me
