BE CAREFULL THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR A DEPOSIT FOR PO BOX KEYS BUT WHEN I CLOSED MINE OUT 4 YEARS LATER THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NO REFUND ON KEYS,I TOLD THEM I PAID FOR A REFUND AND THEY CLAIMED THEIR SCREEN SAID NO REFUND AVAILABLE. THIEVES AND LIARS IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY

I'm having an issue getting packages delivered since our post lady, Lisa, left this route. Yesterday my family was due to receive packages that failed to deliver "due to the front door or driveway being unaccessible". First, our front steps are completely cleared since our child uses them to walk down to the street for the school bus every day. Second, our drive is thinly coated with snow but we drive it ourselves and my husband even shoveled a walk path for vehicle passengers. UPS delivery had NO problem even carrying a large, heavy bookcase yesterday. I would like to know how I'm supposed to get my mail.

Again, missing packages listed by shippers as delivered. This post office is costing me a fortune, either by missing packages or past due bills due to me not receiving them in the first place. Spoke to postmaster multiple times about it. Never corrected. Know for a fact my mail is being delivered to wrong address because I continue to get other people's mail. Received another one today.
