Yes postal service is really bad my mail for outgoing has been sitting in my box for three days the carrier has not picked up the outgoing mail. Either get somebody else’s mail my mail gets delivered to somebody else or they don’t pick up my mail poor excuse for a Postal Service. And this comes from a former postal carrier

Our mail has been given to other boxes. We have had medication and mail returned to us by various neighbors. We are at 601 Ben Brown Lane. My husband noticed there we no number in front of our box so he wrote it somewhere around the box. Not sure where our mail is going. Thank you Nina Smith

I didn’t receive a ballot for the primaries and just spoke with Secretary of State who said one had been sent. A couple of weeks ago we were working in our front yard when the mail came. The lady next door came over after getting hers and every piece of ours was in her mailbox. This past week another neighbor came over with some of our mail. This election is too important for this to keep happening. Each time I try to call our local post office I get the outlet mall across the freeway. I tried multiple times. I don’t know what is going on but I will do whatever I have to to make sure this stops happening.

I too have problems with carriers not being able to decipher house numbers.. My house number is right there above my mail slot, and I keep getting my neighbors mail, and they, mine. What happens when my neighbor takes off for the winter, and that slack-jaw dope crams my bills into my neighbors mail slot??? The USPS phone number don't work. The only thing one can do is to send a letter (snicker) or an email to the head office in Washington D.C. . . Oregon is a Very long way from D.C. "Out of sight, Out of mind" takes over quickly, and my bills keep piling up on my neighbors floor... Its just that some jobs need to have mandatory and basic skill sets, such as READING and SEEING would be a good start. "Speaking English" helps out a bunch too. And, "Tweekers Need Not Apply" should be posted clearly on their application forms.

Lousy service for the past couple of years with mail going to wrong address. I finally called local postal office to complain. After this things were not good. I had to see several specialists a few months ago. I asked their office personnel to send their paper work so I could do it in advance. Did this, then seven days before one of the oppointments I sent the stuff, only to find when I got to my appointment that they had just recieved it that day, it takes ten minutes to drive from our home to location of Drs.office. Recently ordered things online that need to be returned. Put a not in outgoing mail slot telling the carrier this. Expected her/him to come to the door to get said packages Saturday but never happened. Ttried to call local number to find it is disconnected. If I continue to have problems I will take legal action. This has gone on long enough and being handicapped I have no patience with apathetic nasty service providers. I was one and while the customer can be nasty I was never so. There seems to be nothing but lousy customer service these days. As I have said I worked with customers directly my entire adult working life and have never acted or behaved in such a manner. Neither did the majority of service people or workmen I have interacted with. I have met the people at this post office who work the front counter. Only one exception since we moved here ten years ago, but almost always great, fun, professional and pleasant interactions. I don’t know our mail carrier. Thank you for your time.

We all know how Oregon traffic goes. But when you walk in and wait in line for five minutes and then you were told that in a snood voice you know we are closed. Not the best customer service Extremely dissatisfied.

We recently got new postal carrier on our route. I wish I could write my address to give credit to this exact person. It is such a pleasure to watch this young hispanic male (I'm trying to get it to the intended recipient) deliver our mail with a huge smile on his face. He so obviously loves his job. I'm not sure if he is new to the postal service or just to our route but his smile is so refreshing! And we actually have an idea of when we can expect our mail again!

I've oredered packages to be delivered to my house and they showed up in my in laws PO box. Just because we share the same last name doesn't mean my package should go in their box. How about deliver it to the address on the package? Just a thought! They screw up stuff more at this post office then any other town I've lived in. Missing packages, mis delivered packages, receiving other people's mail, and damaged mail are REGULAR occurrences.

I just called and inquired about a priority mail box that has taken 5 full days to deliver from oregon to California. SUSAN attempted to tell me that two days equals one... Ok. She cut me off before I even got to finish my question. Put me on hold without asking and I was then helped my the post master. Who was very nice and helpful. SUSAN.... Find another job. This one seems to be just a bit too stressful for ya. Merry Christmas!
