Delivery person won't bring certified mail for a signature. The probably don't even bring it out with them. So any certified mail in mcnary has to be picked up at the post office. And now I have a parcel that says delivered when I track it. I never received it.

My package was delivered wrong and confirmed by the post master! When an investigation was done with the company the post office stated they delivered correctly and I am now out money! This has been an reoccurring thing on the south hill in umatilla. Where is the accountability for these individuals who deliver mail?!

The motor mail carrier that delivers to McNary is the worst I've ever seen. She often takes the mail car out on personal errands,( it's white and clearly marked all over with USPS Stickers).. She sometimes "forgets" to deliver mail on days she just doesn't "feel like it", and often "forgets" to pick up mail from the mailboxes for delivery. Complaining to the office personnel won't do any good, as the last person I talked to had the IQ of a potato. I really wish something would be done about it, but as with any government office, it'll only change when Hell freezes over!

Worst post office ever! I have lived all over the United States and this is by far the worst. The phone is always busy, I suspect it is off the hook. When I asked an employee he wouldn't confirm nor deny. Packages are improperly delivered. My carrier does not know how to properly fill out a delivery slip even after me having complained to her boss on at least two occasions. This place needs a serious overhaul!!
