I don't know who Gwen is at the Dalles Post Office, but she has very terrible customer service. Recently when I called to inquire about a missing package that was supposed to have been delivered, she became very testy and her tone became very rude. And mind you, this is not the first time. I sell items online and Post Office screw ups are not very good for business. She needs to realize that the Post Office is a vital part of many people's lives, and that those people have a right to expect that workers at the Post office are doing their jobs, which can make or break a business. Oftentimes, I hate having to call in to the Dalles Post Office because I know that I will wind up speaking to her.
