I would like to say the post office in Sweet Home Oregon is the worst I’ve ever felt with they are rude and I have lived here for 25 years and they still can’t deliver my mail to my box and after all the complaints I have sent them about the person that lived here 25 yrs ago they still continue to deliver there mail to me

I had a package that was sent from China t o Cecil Dewey @ 116 Hope Drive Montgomery Al. 3610. Tracking # LY885803237CN. The package went to Sweet Home OR.97386. Can you tell me how I can get the package sent to me or get a replacement item.

I would just like to say, the people who work at the desk are amazing! The guy that’s been there forever is so genuinely kind and helpful and is always friendly and makes me feel good every time I come in. The last two or three times I think it was there was a new woman there and she too was very kind and helpful. I had a snafu with out putting an apartment number on my son’s package to California and sadly it was lost somewhere but It had nothing to do with Sweet Home post office even the person who is delivering our mail was very kind and very helpful. She works on fifth Avenue passed Elm but I don’t know her name.

I would like to know why the person was hired that does the package deliveries for our house? Twice now I have received an email from the post office that my packages could not be delivered because they could not access our property. This is a lie! This person needs to own up to the fact that the 2 packages were not delivered, or were even tried to be delivered. Rather The first package was delivered a day later, and nothing had changed according to our property. The walks are shoveled, the gates are open. There is absolutely no reason why the first package was not delivered. I was home all day, no one even attempted to deliver the package. Now, today Feb 27 it happened again. No restrictions at our property whatsoever. Our regular mail at our mailbox has not even been delivered, it is now 8 pm. The roads are clear. We shoveled the snow at the end of our block so the postal person would have clear access. We have not received any mail from Monday to today. I went to the PO today and the person behind the counter said that the rural mail will get delivered today. Excuse me? I live a 1/2 a block from main street, and have to abide by city code, eventhough~the mail STILL had NOT been delivered. This is the lousiest piece of non-professional garbage that I have ever seen. You should be ashamed. How does this person keep getting paid? Bad weather? Put on more workers and stop lying to us. Gloria Morley 3530 Flannigans Rd Sweet Home, Oregon 97386
