I am not receiving mail for about one week. The snow has been plowed from around the mailbox so it is accessible. My USPS email shows important mail that I haven't received for a week. I have letters in the mailbox that haven't been picked up for two days. The mail carrier drove up to our mailbox this afternoon but did not leave anything or pick up my letters with the flag up.

Today the mailman left a large box for me on the concrete underneath our street's mailbox where anyone could have walked off with it. He/she was only two houses away from putting it on my porch. I've been receiving this same item regularly and the carrier always has put it on my porch before. A neighbor alerted me to the problem. Just thought you'd like to know. My address is 2221 NW Elm Ave.

As I realize it is Sunday, I pay for a PO Box. I pay for a PO Box because my landlord is cheating the system and I I am not allowed mail delivery at my address. I often buy things for my business and gifts from Amazon. Every single item I needed for a 4 AM start on a job tomorrow says was left in a parcel locker. I opened up my PO Box to find absolutely no keys but 14 yellow slips. I ordered things the way I did so they would Fit in a parcel locker. It says they were received and delivered to a locker. I need them by 4 AM, tomorrow morning. And now I have to wait for the post office to open and I have lost yet another job due to this post office. Yes this is the second time this is happened to me.

If there was a possible way to give negative stars I would. Whether it be my PO Box or my physical address, I always seem to have issues with this post office. Today I am home waiting for deliveries. My packages online say delivery attempted at two separate times was unavailable due to driveway or front door not accessible. That is a lie! A flat life. They just delivered on Saturday. And there is nothing obstructing my front door or my driveway since the only thing in my driveway is my truck. There is no obstruction and this delivery attempted as a flat life it did not happen I was home and my front door was open. No one drove by my house this is a flat lie! If you can’t trust the post office who are you supposed to trust? I can’t get my deliveries any other way and I don’t shop out in public anymore because people are mean. I’m beginning to understand why

I have Informed Delivery and am able yo see what should be in my mailbox. I see every morning what should be delivered to me. For either 5 or six days I have received NO Mail. I have been waiting for my insulin pens and they have not been delivered and I am having to reuse my old ones. This is really unhealthy for me. Going to post office this AM when it opens to try to pick up my mail.

I received mail today for 3 different addresses. This concerns me ... Confidentiality etc at: 2445 SW Canal #10, Redmond, or 97756. During the end of the month these kids harrass mail personal and try to steal mail as I have come to know in other places This is a warning of concern for citizens and federal government entities that needs to be look at. I also have been waiting for a check mailed 1.5 weeks ago and it still has not come. I thought you would be interested to know. If you have any further questions I can be reached at 541 300-4161.

Three times now I have mailed letters to out-of-state family and they have not reached their destination. I don't even get these letters/cards returned back to me to re-attempt sending them. And when I've called to ask about them I'm asked to insure them before sending? I've never had to insure a card or letter anywhere else.

I need some help or advise. Im not consistently receiving my bills through the mail. We have only lived here in Redmond since June 2018 . what can I do or talk to about getting my mail? have already had Bend broadband stop service for being late on my payment and I have not received bills they have sent. Help!

It is 2/7 and several important tax documents were mailed over a week ago and still have not arrived. I live in Redmond Or 97756. This issue is frequent. Letters that are mailed from 1 mile away arrive in 8 days. Not sure where my W2 form is but it was mailed 1/25. Please fix these issues. These delays are not new since 2016 I have waited for arrival letters that show up at least a week late. Please address this problem.

I have seen how challenging the job of a mail carrier can be! The lady who delivers my mail is always friendly and even has the added task of delivering packages from Amazon. No complaints from me!

Your employees at the Redmond Oregon post office consistently deliver my mail to other addresses.
1) Just today I got a box but it was delivered to an address three streets over.
2) One man came by with my mail and was so mad at ME for getting my mail that he said he will now throw my mail away when he gets it.
3) I am getting other people's mail. It used to be maybe once a week but now it is every day.
Your employees need help in reading addresses.

I contacted the Redmond OR post office regarding a package which was wrongly addressed and should have gone to my address in Redmond WA. I talked to Scott - he was courteous. helpful and professional, quickly located the package, fixed the address and forwarded it. I got it 2 days later. Thanks Scott!

I saw my postage costs rising so took a 5x8 padded envelope into this post office which weighed 6oz....I paid $3.04 to send it to California because the teller classed it as a parcel! Yet checking online, it should have gone as a large envelope and would have cost me just $2.24....I now notice that the teller always chooses the high priced way to send any mail taken in.....The self-service kiosk is the only way to go in there.....
