I GO TO CHECK MY MAIL YESTERDAY AND RECIEVE NOT MY MAIL BUT A VACANT NOTICE STATING THAT ADDRESS WAS VACANT!!! UMMM NO I HAVE LIVED THERE OVER 10 YEARS! NOW OUR CHRISTMAS PACKAGES HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND THE PHONE NUMBER TO THE POST OFFICE ON 122ND JUST RINGS AND RINGS!!! NOW I HAVE TO TAKE TIME FROM WORK TO TAKE CARE OF THIS MESS!!!

Multiple stops outside of retail hours to pick up a flat rate box- display is consistently empty. For a retailer that would love to see increase this is bad form.
