I "have not" recieved statements from MSK for the last 3 months (I get other people's mail, almost weekly). MSK has the correct mailing address. When I complain... I am told: "I/we/she is doing the best I/we/she can!" If that is true, then Myrtle Creek needs to hire people who can do the job!

Screw this post office. I have called 7 times today and you are OPEN because you delivered my pages to the wrong address and you refuse to pick up the phone. After the phone rings forever, it then goes to a screeching ringing that doesn’t stop so I can’t even leave a message. I’ve contacted the package sender and they can’t do anything because it was sent to the right address on their end. Love Myrtle Creek, but F*** this post office

this is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with. The postmaster sits in her office even when the other workers ask for her help. They take up to 4 days to get parcels out.Alot of people complain .They are rude and very uncaring.

Myrtle Creek Post Office on broadway st needs to be educated on "how to treat customer's on the phone"! What a horrible experience and a lousy way to start the day. And this was after I had my morning coffee.I really should lodge a formal complaint but decided to wait until my package is safely in route and safely out of the hands of this Myrtle Creek Or. Please Note that I did not get any names but for whatever it's worth let me just ad this warning: The younger lady is very nice but the older lady is a b****. To all the residents of this wonderful community you have my sympathy .
