This post office is worse than the worst! My son sent a a package from Alaska. According to the tracking number, it was delivered. I never got the package. We have metal boxes and they supposedly put the key in your mail box. I never got a key. When I talked to the Post Master he basically called me a liar. He said , “The mail carrier put the key in your box and you got it.” I have never been treated so rudely anywhere, let alone the The United States Post Office! The are federal employees and our tax dollars pay their salaries.

I have been very disappointed with our mailman. Since he has started we constantly are not receiving mail because he says it is blocked, which is not. We have never had this issue with our previous mail persons. I was supposed to receive my daughters medication on Friday and still have not received it.. My daughter is now out of her medication. I have talked with him a few times, but now Im filing a complaint!!!

Some real heroes and heroines work at Molalla Post Office! A mail carrier noticed I wasn’t picking up my mailbox mail (which is about 1/2 mile from our home) and left a note on my door when she dropped off a package later that week, that mail would have to be returned to Post Office, giving me time to pick it up. Another carrier notified me when UPS decided to start dumping my packages at the front gate!!?? (even ones showing their contents like computer monitor, convention oven, etc!!). When UPS ignored ALL of my calls to ask that they tell their new employee to bring them to the home , and leave them where they won’t get wet, my Molalla USPS carrier intervened again, and contacted them himself! I believe my USPS Mail Carrier even helped carry up some of the UPS packages to my home. I tried to reward them but they refused all gifts so there is no favoritism here. Just good people doing their job. We are so lucky to have them!

Absolutely the worst service and customer service that I have ever experienced.

Half the time they deliver our mail to another similar address the other half the time they mark our packages as delivered in our mailbox which are far too big to be in our mailbox and yet they were just never delivered in the first place. I do not understand the level of incompetence at the Molalla post office. How hard is it to scan a package and actually deliver it. Or if you do scan it why market as delivered when it’s not delivered.

Keep accusing me that my mailbox is block everyday I make sure it's unblock and I even sat outside to see if they attempt to deliver and what wrong I didn't see the mail man trying. I feel like at this point they just refuse to deliver my mail. Getting very frustrating

I don't understand how it is that a week cannot go by where our mail is delivered elsewhere or late. We signed up for informed delivery a couple years ago after the initial incident. Not sure what the reason is but apparently leadership does not care or is inept as it continues time and time again. Just a thought but how about delivering mail to the address and not by a family name. What else I find appalling is they whilst I make note if it on their site, or file a claim, I never hear anything back.

This has gone on too long! Our carrier will not come to our house to deliver packages ever! First time - today packages were delivered, but in the driveway behind our car (at 6:30 p.m.) And they were supposed to come to the front door (we had the porch lights on) to pickup a priority package for which we had a confirmation number. We have a business and needed the package picked up today. Anytime we contact the Molalla Post Office, we're treated rudely.

The ineptitude and lack of concern by the Molalla Post Office is beyond incredible. Mail delivery to our residence is nothing short of showing that the staff at Molalla USPS is lacking in supervision, and constantly displaying a who cares attitude. Deliveries to wrong addresses is the "NORM" for this station. Either get a new postmaster, or some carriers that can actually read and deliver correctly.

Items regularly shipped to wrong address or lost I believe anyone who uses a mail courier service has a reasonable expectation that their package, prescription, bills, or correspondence should reach the intended address. In the last year, our USPS delivery service has become very inconsistent. I have had to hand deliver mail to multiple neighbors and have had mail lost or delivered incorrectly. In the last week, I've had 3 letters come into my mailbox that belong to neighbors. I've also had a package, tracked from Japan to the courier, that was delivered to the wrong address and checked "delivered to address". I'm now dealing with the claim process to locate or replace this item. I don't think we have a USPS problem. I've yet to have a package not make it to the Molalla post. Instead, we have a personnel issue limited to the Molalla Post Office courier staff not maintaining the appropriate attention to detail necessary while making deliveries.

Horrible service, have issues more often than not with delivery of mail, especially packages. Yet again, a package from Kaiser Permanente has not been delivered and this time Informed delivery says I requested it to be held at the post office. I did not request no such a thing. I have no access to transportation to go get our medications for us, we are disabled and depend on the mail to deliver them to us. I cant wait to move and get away from the inept, lazy mail carriers.

I am so tired of this post office delivering me other peoples mail and sending mine to wrong addresses. I don't know what's going on there, but something has to be done. Also, in one month I have had 3 packages left at the wrong address. If not for their GPS tracking, I may have never received my stuff. They were able to track the guy delivering it to the wrong address. No apology, nothing. Guy came up to the door with an attitude to deliver to the correct address. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

The woman that works in there is rude and incompetant. I had to walk out of there and drive to Oregon city post office. The man is nice but I won’t go back in there over that rude hag. All I needed was to overnight mail and 2 money orders.

The molalla post office happens to have a woman in there that is rude every time I go in while she's working. It's uncomfortable to go there, when I have to prep for going in. I'm always nice and polite, but that never makes a difference.

My package that I PAID $18.65 to have redirected was not redirected instead it was mailed to Yuma AZ. This is not the first problem like this. I want to know how to receive a refund since, once again, the Molalla Post Office did not do what they were directed to do.
