Please DO NOT deliver my packages on the street, especially in the rain! Since you refuse to come down my long driveway for delivery, I have arranged an agreed upon delivery method ( USPS and me) of a garbage can near our front gate, which is not far from the mail box. Please place all packages in there, not on the roadside. Also,I had a confirmed hold my mail agreement which was not honored 6 weeks ago. Several packages were delivered on the street ( neighbors retrieved for me) and mail put in my mail box - very unsafe. What else can I do to get these problems resolved? No one answers your phone! How will you contact me or know where I am located if there is no one to speak with? Very disappointing!

I am very unhappy about not having access to my po box after hours... 24 hour access was the reason we have a box... it is unacceptable. Accomadations should be made for box holders maybe door code access etc

Irresponsible mail carriers and no phone number to contact our local post office in Medford is unbelievable. We have temp carriers doing our mail now, and they are not taking out our outgoing mail at Ross Knotts retirement center (apartment complex). as well as delivering other peoples mail in the wrong box. This is so frustrating. What kind of people are they hiring who don't care to do their jobs properly? What is going on, Medford?? Get it together. Please contact this carrier and tell them to complete the job they are suppose to do at 2874 Creekside Circle Medford, Oregon 97504

Mail delivery in medford sucks, too many times my phone tracking says delivered but not in my mailbox, ive gotten mail for people up and down my street, I take it to them, ive had one person from the next street over bring me my package, but lost many that said delivered but was not, I call and complain but nothing happens, and it keeps going on, if I did my job like that I would be out of business , and the GPS they say they have is a joke.

I would like to say when my mailbox is loaded and the bulk of it is pushed forward toward the front so the key 🔑 won’t turn to open the lock so I can’t retrieve my mail. This is frustrating and I hope this problem can be resolved so I don’t accidentally break the key to my mailbox while trying to get my mail delivery.

This branch of the USPS has been grossly negligent in their jobs over the last few months. I have had multiple packages marked as “delivered to address” when in all actuality I did not receive my mail for 3-5 more business days. This is wildly unacceptable, and I am tired of being unable to reach my local Post office because they refuse to answer their phone. I am tired of how poorly the Medford Post Office operates and I want to see change.

Whenever our regular PostPerson takes a well deserved break, whoever "covers" decides to put our mail "on hold for pick up", in order to save them the bother of actually working . Numerous complaints, nothing done. Obviously easy money for someone.

I've tried to reach out to the local post office, but they have not answered any of the dozen calls and have no voicemail set up. The wait time for 1-800 number is over 2hrs. Our mail boxes are the locked type with lockboxes underneath for packages. The key to lockbox is supposed to go inside mailbox when we have a package. Our carrier delivered a package and put it in the lockbox and the key in the lock of the lockbox. That means the package was accessible by anybody and we would not have known we had a package if I didn't check the tracking.

I did not receive my Amazon mail delivery package on Monday, 4/27/2020 at 2281 Table Rock Rd. Apt. 59. Amazon says it was delivered. It is now Wednesday, 4/29/2020. My mailbox is still empty. I phoned your office. You are either incapacitated or unable or unwilling to answer your phone. It's really a very simple task. When you hear a ringing sound, look for a small device with a handset that has an earphone and a microphone sitting on your desk. Pick up the handset and place the earphone next to your ear. You will hear a human voice asking for assistance. Speak into the microphone and ask for more information and troubleshoot the problem. My number is 458 226 2082. Thank you

I have to pay for a p/o box in order to get my mail which was just increased.I get a social security check once a month which is hardly enough to live on. I just paid Friday feb.2,2018 one day late and just went to check my mail today feb.4,2018 only to discover I'm locked out when I should not be what so ever. Now this is what broke the camels back here are some more of the lamest things and incompitent services I have experienced in the last couple years and here lately these things are becoming a habit. #1) I have been locked out of my box,not for being late but because apparently it's their way to make you come in to pick up a package.yes all weekend long I was locked out over a package they could have sent back. #2) I received mail that from the date mailed on the outside of envelope had been mailed to me a month prior. #3) I have received twice in 6 months mail that belonged to someone else in talent.yes strangly enough her name is Becky and her p/o box is 03 except here zip code is 97540 not 97535 and by zip codes is how mail is separated to reach correct towns, state etc. #4) I have received mail that actually belonged to a residence across the street in the cul-de-sac. I decided to hand deliver them their package just because if it were something important hard telling how much longer their wait would have been. As I figured the guy had been waiting for this mail and was worried what had happened. Go figure right. This kind of customer service is a NO fly zone especially when you go take care of the payment the next day after it being due and being locked out for two days afterward. Being the postal service is federal I can be rest assured this problem will only get worse and I'm having no other choice but to pay for a p/o box or never get my mail. I have inquired as to why our mail can't be delivered to our residence being Phoenix is not that big at all and the answer given is as lame as having to pay for incompetent people who are getting paid good money which is one of there reasons some residence can't have mail delivered, not enough people as well as not enough money and it would be up to the resident people her in my area to sign a petition to get this done then the apt owners would be out the cost for locked boxes out by the street. I think there is enough money but if this is true that they don't have enough money then I suggest they stop wasting money on incompetent people. I hope this is taken seriously because right now I could snap a nail in half for being locked out. Should this happen again I won't be so nice in fact I will probably become very rabied and pretty ugly about it. Maybe wages shouldn't be so good for these employee's,let's make it about the ones like myself who have no choice but to pay and who refuse to put up with this kind of services, hell how hard can this job NOT be.?

Just at the PO in Medford. Closed Columbus Day it seems. Waited in a long line to use the self-service Kiosk, which is OK. Not their fault somebody came in with a dozen packages to send out. However, when I finally got to use it I bought and paid for 2 sheets of stamps for almost 10 dollars and only got one sheet. The receipt says 2 sheets and I have no way to prove I only got one. So I wound up paying almost a buck a piece for 10 stamps. What a rip off.

I was in the post office with my toddler and 4 year old on Monday- we waited in the passport line for more than an hour. There is nowhere to sit and nothing to do, so eventually I put my toddler down and he happily toddled around, to the amusement of many of the patrons waiting in line for the postal clerks. He was smiling and walking about, then a postal worker came out and asked loudly, "Does anyone know whose children these are?" I said yes, I'm right here, they're mine. He said, again loudly,"You need to pick him up, this isn't a playground." I said, shocked, "Excuse me?" He said, "Yeah, it's called good parenting." All I could do was laugh in the moment, but it was a truly rude attack on my character and I could not believe the other postal workers let him bully me like that. Are we supposed to get child care so we can go to the post office without children? Only adults are allowed to walk around a post office, but not children? Parents are now "bad parents" if they allow children down to walk about? I have called the above phone number to speak with Nicholas Eufemi, the Postmaster in Medford, but nobody ever picks up. I would at least like an apology from Dave, the rude postal worker.

I put in a change of address months ago but items are still being delivered to my old address which is across the state. I have tried calling the post office for two business days and no one will even pick up the phone, there is no way to leave a message and the only option when it is done ringing is to "enter a remote access code". This is absolutly ridiculous. I have to have someone across the state go and hopefully pick the items so that they can reship them up to me. I have never been so frustrated with the postal service before.

The line waiting for the passports in always so long. Not in the since theres a lot of people, but that each person takes so long. All we needed was the application to get things going. Had to come back 3 times because the wait was just to ridiculous. So on the third time I made sure to allow myself enough time to wait, with success! However, it still took 45 minutes waiting for 3 people in front of me, but finally got the application. And why is this office smaller than say the one in Phoenix, who serves a much smaller population. Guess the higher up's had never seen this office, and didnt take into consideration how small and inconvenient this is....

That said, you may be able to simply write a note on the package with "not at this address" or "wrong address", and then leave the parcel in or near where USPS delivers your incoming mail.Good luck
