Been using this office for years and now due to vandalism they've changed hours on Saturday, which I totally understand and support with no problem except.. there was NO NOTICE about this change whatsoever. AND the hours they have available for people that have boxes I feel is ridiculous. If box prices are going to be the way they are then have an employee there for the time mail services are, then lock up or decrease prices on boxes. Some individuals have medicine delivered now.. especially during this pandemic.. some people only check their mail on Saturdays due to more people coming in during the week. There should've been notices to those that have boxes and there had to be a better option than only 4 hours on Saturdays. If you read the blue signs it says that mail should be delivered in boxes by 10am or will be in boxes by 10am.. Are you changing delivery time to earlier so that our mail in our boxes will be there sooner? If mail is delivered by 10am and you close at 11am, but are behind and say have 50 boxes left.. how are you going to meet delivery time and closing time and meet the customer satisfaction with your new guidelines? I understand and am supportive with Sundays closed because there's no mail delivered, so.. in all honesty, I'm okay with lobby being closed as well. I live at one end of Keizer and driving to check my mail and finding out it's closed with no notice until today with a notice on door.. is not customer satisfaction in my book. Figure out a new solution!
Never in the history of me getting mail have I not received mail 2 days in a row but I did not receive mail at all, all of this last week. Is there a reason for this??
