Had a packaged delivered on Saturday June 3. We were out of town. The package was larger than our mail box on Territorial Hwy. It stuck out about 4 inches, door flapping in the wind. Luckily it was still there on late Sunday afternoon. We have a very large box by our house for oversized packages which the postal workers have used in the past. Pure laziness on the deliverers part. Have pictures to share with Postmaster. Unbelievable service

Yesterday, I went to retrieve my mail and found in on the ground. There may have been other pieces I did not get at all. Last week, I found two pieces of mail belonging to a neighbor two houses down, we delivered it to them. In past months we have even been missing bills and ended up missing payments. Neighbors have been complaining of the same issues.

I recently had another theft from my mailbox.Got notice that package had been delivered on April 19th from Thriftbooks @ 3:20 p.m. I saw this at 4:30 but when went to mail box package was gone. This is just another theft in a list of thefts. Usually at Christmas.I am just finding out that 2 other packages of my & my husbands C-Pap supplies (medical) were also delivered on the same day although I had no notification of delivery. I had to search for where the tracking numbers I had came from. Do you have a helpful hint on how I can stop this from happining ? I am spending money on something that gets stolen & then have to replace it at addional cost.

I am purchasing a new built home on 411 E 2nd ave. Junction City 97448. There is no mail box in that location to receive my mail. I have been to the post office there twice and a note has been written and delivered to the supervise with a request for information and my phone number. I need to know if I can place a mail box in front of my house or where to place one. This is holding up deliveries and hooking up water, electricity, garbage and inter net. My phone number is : (541 ) 953-2218 My email is : . Thank you for your time. Roy G. Rowlett

I had a package set for redelivery even though I never got a message that there was a first delivery attempt. No note or card or anything. Now I can't get anyone at this post office to answer the phone so I can see if it will be delivered today since online it said it would be delivered Saturday and I waited at home all day to sign for it. Its Monday now and still no package or information about it. I feel like a prisoner at home waiting to sign for it because I have no idea if or when it will be delivered.

I had a package sent to my sister with my niece's birthday gifts in it from Amazon. I get a message saying you can't drive down her street and deliver the package for safety reasons, yet UPS drives and delivers there no problem? So you make my sister load up 4 children (all under 4 years old) to drive down to the Post Office and get the package and to top it off you are closed on Saturday! This is absolutely horrible.
